AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.



You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.  Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.



NOTE: All guests are required to submit an HOA application. An additional $125 fee, payable to the Condo Association, is required and is separate from the booking fee.
