Holmes Beach is a small town on Anna Maria Island in the Gulf of Mexico just south of Tampa Bay. It boasts miles of gorgeous white, sandy beaches, emerald Gulf waters, and abundant sunshine.
The Anna Maria Cottage is a ground floor, one level, end unit home close to everything and comes with a golf cart to get around!
Once inside, the Beach House feel will surround you with an open floor plan, lively colors, and tiled floors. This two-bedroom, one-bath home features upgraded kitchen and bathroom for a comfortable stay. Beautiful patio at the front and rear of the house allows you to relax comfortably on the tropical
island with comfortable furniture. There is a grill in the backyard for your grilling pleasure.
In addition, a golf cart is provided for you to explore the island, go to the beaches, eat of the local restaurants or shop the beachy boutiques on the island. We also have beach chairs and umbrellas for a relaxing day at the beach or kayak on the bay with the two person kayak provided for our guests to use.
Our house is located at the end of a five home complex, on the quiet north end of the island with easy access to the free trolley that runs daily along the island and is also within walking or biking distance of several island shops.

Noise ordinance information: Under the City’s Code of Ordinances (currently Chapter 30, Article III) it is unlawful to make or permit unreasonably excessive noise that constitutes a noise disturbance. The ordinance’s quiet period is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., during which unnecessary or loud sound that interferes with neighbors’ peace and quiet may be deemed a violation.
