Anna Maria Cottage with Golf Cart

This charming Anna Maria Island Vacation Home located close to restaurants, shopping, boat ramp, tennis/pickle ball, playground, dog parks and of course the white sand beaches! If looking for a different length of stay just reach out and we can see what we have available.

Holmes Beach is a small town on Anna Maria Island in the Gulf of Mexico just south of Tampa Bay. It boasts miles of gorgeous white, sandy beaches, emerald Gulf waters, and abundant sunshine.

The Anna Maria Cottage is a ground floor, one level, end unit home close to everything and comes with a golf cart to get around!

Once inside, the Beach House feel will surround you with an open floor plan, lively colors, and tiled floors. This two-bedroom, one-bath home features upgraded kitchen and bathroom for a comfortable stay. Beautiful patio at the front and rear of the house allows you to relax comfortably on the tropical
island with comfortable furniture. There is a grill in the backyard for your grilling pleasure.

In addition, a golf cart is provided for you to explore the island, go to the beaches, eat of the local restaurants or shop the beachy boutiques on the island. We also have beach chairs and umbrellas for a relaxing day at the beach or kayak on the bay with the two person kayak provided for our guests to use.

Our house is located at the end of a five home complex, on the quiet north end of the island with easy access to the free trolley that runs daily along the island and is also within walking or biking distance of several island shops.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please place any used dishes in the dishwasher and run dishwasher. Wash any used pots and pans and put away. Strip beds and place linens and used towels in laundry basket.

Remove any leftover food and drinks. Take out trash to bins at the side of the house.

Plug golf cart in and place cover over golf cart. Place keys in basket on kitchen table. Turn AC to 78 in all rooms. Turn off lights and lock electronic door when exiting.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our 25th anniversary. The property is conveniently located to so many fun activities. We were able to walk quite a bit and drive the golf cart as well to several restaurants and beaches. The cottage itself was clean and very well maintained. The shower also felt amazing after a long day at the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Pefect location-clean-safe-has it all!

We had the best time! The house was absolutely perfect—super cute, spotless, and had everything we needed. The golf cart made getting around so fun, and the private beach felt like our own little slice of paradise. It was peaceful, safe, and just what we needed. Already dreaming about our next trip back!

Perfect for our family!

This property was clean when we arrived and it was perfect for our family. Lynda and Martin are great with communication and they even provide a book to let you know about local restaurants, shops and places they recommend to visit. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Location | Superb Host

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4 including our small dog. The location was great just a minute walk off Gulf Blvd and many good restaurants. The Golf cart was an excellent add-on to our trip, as it is a very fun and convenient way to get around the island; load up the beach chairs and head to the beach in less than 3 minutes. Lynda and her husband were amazing to say the very least. Top notch communication and accommodation. We had a couple of small issues that were out of their control; however, the way they handled the situation and how they went above and beyond to accommodate our stay was par to none. We enjoyed our stay very much, and I would highly recommend this place and Lynda for your next vacations. Cheers!

Stunning Cottage for a Beach Vacation

We loved our stay at the cottage on Anna Maria Island. The place is beautiful and was perfect for our family. The cottage has a nice open living room/kitchen area. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are very comfortable. When my 4 year old walked into the master bedroom she said “Wow! It’s beautiful!” It’s nice to have AC in each room that can be set for each persons preference. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was ideal with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispenser. There is also a nice patio area at the back of the cottage to relax. The cottage also has beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, kayak, and a golf cart. The location is great! We took the kayak out in the bay which is walking distance from the cottage. A fun way to explore the area from the water. We also loved the pickle ball courts conveniently located right next to the cottage. The golf cart was amazing! We loved being able to load up and explore the island in style.Manatee beach is close by which is a great spot for a full day at the beach. There you can grab food and drinks while enjoying live music. This beach also has restrooms, changing facilities, a playground, beach shop, and volleyball. Martin and Lynda are greats hosts and will make sure your stay is amazing. They have put much thought into things needed for guests stay and have great recommendations for places to eat and places to explore. We will definitely return to the cottage!
