New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

The beach access is completely rebuilt and ready for your family to use! This large four-bedroom home is located in Surf City and is only a short distance from many restaurants and shopping. This home is direct oceanfront with three bedrooms on the first floor that are also direct oceanfront. The fourth bedroom is on the top floor, sound side. The home features two large oceanfront decks and has direct access to the beach from both decks. Enjoy the spacious living area on the second floor with a nearby wet bar - feel free to prepare sweet and refreshing cocktails or mocktails for the group. This space is wide open and great for large groups. Additional amenities include free WiFi and Internet, an enclosed outside shower, and a washer/dryer on-site.

3 of 4 bedrooms are oceanfront, spacious common area layout and seating for family or group, mere steps to ocean, gates on deck to close for dog's safety, outside shower, walk to shops and restaurants in nice little beach town. All good!

Beautiful Beachfront House

The is a beautiful ocean front home in a perfect location. We enjoyed the great ocean views from both decks. We stayed here last year and they have made several renovations including updating the master bath with a gorgeous tile shower and freestanding tub. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our large family in the living room. We love the Surf City, NC area and will definitely be renting this home again in the future.

Six adult family members stayed for a week and we absolutely LOVED this property. We were pleased with everything about it. The beds were comfortable there was adequate seating in the living area and dining table for all of us. Great amenities and all the basic necessities we could need. The view from the living area was absolutely fabulous and we spent quite a lot of time sitting on the deck visiting and watching the beautiful ocean only a few steps away. Will go back again!

Loved the location of this home. Within walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. The street was quiet and secluded. The house itself was a great gathering space and had plenty of room to spread out. The lower deck was great for getting out of the sun if needed and the top deck had plenty of furniture for all to kick back and enjoy the sun. The cactus grass was one of the only set backs I encountered while walking the dog. The cactus were small and not noticeable until it was too late. All in all, I would rent this property again, as the small issue could be worked around.

Gorgeous views!

Last week might be one of our favorite NC beach vacations yet:) This house was perfect for our family with plenty of space. We loved the open floor plan on the top level with windows in every directions and comfortable seating for all. The top floor deck was our favorite- with tall seating that offered uninterupted views of the ocean even for short people like me! The doggie deck gate was awesome for our two pups to have some safe freedom while we enjoyed coffee or wine. This property has wild cactus in the green areas, so be careful if you bring a dog. We'd never experienced this at the beach before and it can be sneaky so watch your own toes and your pups'!

Great location, house needs major repairs

Two stars for positive aspects of the house- the location on the beach, the deck and overall lay out and space of the house. With that being said, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I would only come back if majors repairs were made to the house. We cut our vacation a day short because we were done dealing with all the issues. The house leaked from the roof and walls the entire time we were there. It smelled of mold and mildew. This clearly was not a new issue as drywall tape was peeling and water stains were through out the house. The downstairs entry had visible mold all over the ceiling. The breaker tripped for the bedrooms Our entire trip. Vacasa was very accommodating and responsive but the house was beyond any repair they could do while we were there. The dishwasher leaked, there were ants in the garbage can area, the coffee pot was broken. The outside and insides of the kitchen cabinets were filthy. This house has the potential to be an amazing place with significant renovations.

The beach front home was excellent, close to surf city shops, but still semi private beach. The home needs updates to things like cabinets and flooring, but those did not affect our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked most of our meals.

Location, location, location. This was a beautiful home on the beachfront. We enjoyed the great ocean views on the top deck and bottom deck. Lots of comfortable furniture and beds in the house for my big family. The master bathroom looked to be newly renovated and was beautiful. The house is a little older, but was a great value for the price. We come to Surf City every year and we will definitely consider this home for our next vacation.

Absolutely loved our stay at 726 Sunrise Court in Surf City, NC! From the moment we arrived, the stunning views and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, allowing us to enjoy sun-soaked days and breathtaking sunsets. Sunrise Sandcastle

We just returned from an unforgettable week at 726 Sunrise Court and couldn’t be happier! The home is exactly what you dream of when booking a beach getaway—spacious, clean, and right on the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and walking straight down the private beach access was awesome. The 2 decks were our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The house had everything we needed—plenty of room for our family of 6, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and great plenty of room upstairs for our game night. The location is ideal: quiet and private, but still close enough to walk or bike to local restaurants, the pier, and shops.

This property is beyond amazing. The view, it don't matter where you are in the house you will see the ocean. I have a disable 19 year old and the beach is his happy place, we did not want to come back home. I extremely recommend this property. Thank you for sharing with me and my family you lovely home.

It coulda been a contendah!

Nice, big house in a great location. But it had five forks and seven knives for its listed 9 guests. And TWO wine glasses. And no beach chairs. It coulda been a five-star. No A/C in lower level when we arrived but maintenance fixed it quickly, BUT it went out again in about 20 minutes and was out until the HVAC guy came again the next day. Huge backup of trash, which management company fairly quickly cleaned up.

Sandcastle Sunrise is a nice, big house in a spectacular location – right on a quiet beach, but less than a mile from bustling downtown Surf City, with its restaurants, shopping, activities, pier, etc. We liked the big, well-equipped decks and big windows. But it seems that a house this pricey ought to be better supplied. It would be nice to have enough knives and forks for the nine people this house is supposed to sleep. It would be nice to have more than two wine glasses. A few basic spices like cinnamon could fit in the large cabinets. And it would be nice to have a few simple beach chairs. The sad thing is that if the owner spent about half of one day’s rent it could make this house truly five-star. BTW, management company did a good job of getting repairman out quickly when A/C didn’t work the first day – and again the second day after it failed again. The company also did a quick job resolving a big trash emergency.
