Located on a quiet street, this attractively furnished 5 bedroom/3 bath canal front home offers wonderful water views! Enjoy crabbing or fishing off of the sundeck with a boat/floating dock. Sit and relax in the Adirondack chairs on the covered porch overlooking the canal and Topsail Sound. This beautifully decorated beach house features an open floor plan kitchen/living/dining area. Downstairs boasts another living room area and a kitchenette. This house will definitely make iit easy for you to take "a leave of absence" from reality for a while.

Location:

Your vacation home is located in Topsail Beach, just 7.9 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You are fairly close to a few shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger Pier in Topsail Beach and not too far away from the main business district on the island in Surf City!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital on the mainland and the Missiles and More Museum in Topsail Beach, which tells the story of our island's past.

Great location

House worked great for 3 families to spend Memorial Day weekend together! Location was great for bike riding at the end of the island, with the parks and restaurants close by and canal access allowed us to bring our boat. Layout of house gave each family their own space and bathroom which was clutch!
