This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo features a living/dining room area with a flat screen tv (with cable), kitchen, storm door and central H/A. Onsite amenities include parking and an elevator. These Oceanview condos are sure to surpass your family’s needs and expectations. Begin your family’s tradition of a beach vacation here at Sea Coast Suites where you are certain to return year after year.

Complex allows up to 2 vehicles, parking is first come first serve

DOG POLICIES
Dogs must be disclosed and approved BEFORE a reservation is confirmed.
HOA has breed and size restrictions
Dog breeds NOT allowed in the complex include: Pitbulls, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Great Dane, St. Bernards due to insurance limitations.
Fully housebroken dogs only!

We allow up to 2 dogs under 45lbs. A non-refundable pet fee for the 1st dog is $100.00 and an additional $50 for the second dog. After making the reservation we will send a separate request for the pet fees.
Guests will still be held responsible for any extra costs associated with excessive soil, staining, odor and/or damage should they occur.

Check in time 3 PM / Check out time is 10 AM.

Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.
-One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
-One trash bag per trash can
-One roll of paper towels in the kitchen
