ロケーションも良く、良いホテル

古い町並みにも近いし、反対方向にあるシンツーリストにも近くで便利。プールもあり、街中見学でかなりあつくなって汗ばんだときも泳いですっきりできる。朝食も含んで安いのでたいへん良い。ただ朝食の内容が貧弱であ。

旧市街から近く歩いて行けるため立地は便利だった。部屋も広く清潔で快適だった。屋上のプールも楽しめたが眺望がなくやや閉塞感はある。朝食は品数少ないが十分だった。滞在中、部屋でスマホがネットに繋がらなくなり、ロビーでは繋がったものの、部屋でスマホが使えずかなり不便だった。謎

アットホームなクラシック調なホテル

スタッフがとても親切でした。小学校低学年の子供が２人いてベトナム料理が口に合わなかったためレトルトのご飯を持っていきましたが快く電子レンジで温めてもらえました。 2階にベッドルームが分かれているfamilyルームに滞在しましたが、１階部分にはスーツケースを広げるスペースがなく、ベッドメイキング中に見えた普通のツインルームのほうがスーツケースを広げられそうに見えました。２階部分の屋根裏部屋のようなところのベッドルームは窓がなく風の通りが悪かったです。冷蔵庫はビジネスホテルぐらいの小さいものでした。ホテルを出て左方向の３．４件隣のバインミー（サンドイッチ）屋さんの方も親切で２回ほど利用しました。そこのフォーは麺が乾麺でしたが美味しくいただきました。ポークのバインミーを勧められて食べましたが、チャーシューみたいな甘辛の味で子供も美味しくいただきました。周辺に小さいコンビニ（？）のようなところがりますがすべての品に価格がついていないため、購入前には価格を確認する必要があると思います。少しボラれた感は否めません。観光名所には徒歩圏内だったのですが、週末のためバイクや人がとても多く、リュックを背負っていましたが携帯電話を盗まれました。治安は悪いとは思っていませんでしたがファスナーを開けられて盗まれたのでリュックなどは必ず自分の前の方に持っていたほうが良いです。混雑しているところでは子供に気を取られていたので気を付ける必要があるかと思います。屋上のプールは毎日利用し、特に暑かったので子連れには目の届くちょうどよく狭い小さいプールでした。一部深いところがあるので我が家はライフジャケットを持参していたので問題ありませんでしたが一番深いところで130CMぐらいあったのではないでしょうか。

よかった！

ホイアンのメインの観光地まで徒歩圏内。このような立地条件でこのような快適でリーズナブルなホテルは他にないのではないでしょうか。窓なしの部屋でしたが１泊なら十分。連泊するなら考えた方がよいです。屋上のプールにも入りました。思ったより広かった。眺望はないです。スタッフは親切。朝食も卵を目の前で焼いてくれたり、品数も何十種類もはないが充分。果物がおいしく、マンゴーが気に入った。フロントに言えばもらえたでしょうが、部屋にあるはずのドライヤーが無かった。午後にシャワーからお湯が出なくて、夜になったら出たがまもなく水になってしまった。しかし総合して、ホイアンに来る際は、また泊まりたいホテルです。

旧市街から適度に離れていて、静かです

旧市街からも徒歩圏内で便利。ホテル自体は小さいながらも、屋上プールもあり。朝ごはんも充分です。ただ、エレベーターがないので 1階のお部屋指定ができないならば、足が不自由な方や、車椅子の方にはオススメできません。リッターサイズのお水を購入の場合、外国人観光客であれば旧市街の市場周辺よりホテルの方が安いです。

市街地からも近く、従業員の方もとても親切。内装もとても綺麗で、朝食もとてもおいしかった。空港までの送迎もオプションでしてくれるので、余計なトラブルに巻き込まれることもなく、快適に過ごすことができた。

旧市街に近いホテル

ライブラリーの名が示す通りホテルの落ち着いた雰囲気が非常いい、スタッフの対応も非常に良かった。歩いて５分ほどでランタンの旧市街に行けるので、昼間１度ホテルに戻ってくつろいでからまた夜街に行くことができた。部屋は窓なしの部屋で、３泊はちょっとつらかったが、これは予約した時点でわかっていたことなのでやむを得ない。

少し残念です

ホイアン最後の１日の宿泊をここにしました。立地についてはツアーバスが泊まる場所からは徒歩で直ぐですので便利だとは思いますが、それ以外のアクセス方法なら少し外れた場所となります。部屋については、窓ありの部屋を選びましたが、窓からは1階だったのもあり、中庭のプールを仕切るトタンしか見えずがっかりでした。 Wifiも最初は上手く繋がらず難儀しましたし、TVも途中で切れてしまい復旧せず。アメニティは石鹸と櫛のみ、トイレにウオッシュのハンドノズルがない、シャワーの水圧が低いなどゲストハウスのようでした。朝食は出発が早く、7時の開始時間の少し前に用意中軽く食べさせてもらったのはありがたかったけど、品数は少なそうでした。ホテルに何を求めるのか？は人それぞれだと思いますけど、自分にはいろんな事にやや不便を感じました。快適性も薄かったです。

旧市街まで歩いていける立地と、リーズナブルな価格に惹かれ、3泊しました。良かった点・愛嬌のあるホテルスタッフ・充実の朝食ーその場で作ってもらえるオムレツと数種類のフルーツが美味しかった・観光に便利ー旧市街が徒歩圏内、シンツーリストオフィスが近いのでスーツケースを転がして移動できる悪かった点・シャワーブースの扉をきちんと閉めても、水漏れして若干水浸しになる総合的に満足。次回ホイアン観光の際は、また泊まりたいホテルです。

観光には便利

旧正月に家族旅行で３泊利用しました。部屋は清潔感があり快適で、ホイアンの街にも近く観光に便利です。また、無料で使用できるノートパソコンが備え付けられており、子供が喜んで使っていました。朝食は種類が少なかったですが、まあまあおいしかったです。不満だった点ですが、部屋にアメニティが無く（櫛が１本置いてあるだけでした）、フロントに電話して歯ブラシ、石鹸を持ってきてもらわなければなりませんでした。歯ブラシは３人分（３本）もってきてもらいましたが、３本のうち２本は袋が破られており、中の歯磨き粉が抜かれた状態でした（節約のつもりでしょうか？）。３泊したのですが、歯ブラシの交換も無かったです。ほかにもシャワールームに陶器の瓶に入ったシャンプーがあったのですが、外に何も書かれていないためわかりにくかったり、部屋にセーフティーボックスがあったものの使用方法が書かれておらず、少々不親切に感じました。

居心地の良いホテルでした。

とても雰囲気のあるホテルでした。ベッドが天蓋があり、ソファもありとてもすてきでした。ホテルに着くと冷たいウェルカムジュースが出て、スタッフが親切に地図で市内の説明をしてくれました。安心して泊まることができました。

観光地から徒歩圏で、低価格なのが魅力。窓なし、バスタブなし、だが、許容範囲だった。エレベーターがないので、低層階をリクエストしたら１階の部屋を割り当ててくれた。

徒歩で行動可能な立地

8月4日から一階ツインに一人で2泊しました。特に良かった点①女性一人でも行燈が灯った日没後、大通りを歩いて日本橋辺りまで往復できる立地②1階のツインルーム(一人で使用)～食堂横だが静かで日中もエアコンを使わなくても暑くなかった(エアコン苦手な北海道人にはうれしい)③料金込みのビュッフェスタイルの朝食(洋+ベトナム)が大変おいしい。もちろんカウラウあり！④プールあり⑤寝間着あり/残念な点①チェックインですぐに鍵を渡さず、ツアーの案内を始めたこと。その際ダナン空港までのバスについて尋ねたところ、22:30発の便に合うものはないと説明。タクシーはチップもあって高いと、ホテルチャーターの車330000VDを薦められる(路線バスないのだろうが、シャトルバスは市内あちこちで案内+販売110000VDあり。)＊レセプションの女性はまだ新人なのかなあと良心的に受け止めていますが…②シャワーは5分でお湯になるということだったが、いつまでたっても熱くならなかった。＊面倒なのでそのままの状態で使用③部屋にコーヒーカップやコップ、お茶のパックがあるが、ポットにはお湯が用意されていない。自分でポットに入れてもらえばいいのでだろうが、フエのホテルでは電気ポット、ボトルの水(無料)が用意されていたので残念に感じた④短時間の停電(ブレーカーの問題？)がよくあった

三星ホテルの下の部類かな!!

このホテルでは高価格の部屋夫婦で泊まったんですがアメニティが貧弱、歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシなし、シャンプーかボディーソープか判別しがたいものがあったりした。部屋は狭いし道路側の部屋だったので一晩中バイク等の音で寝られなかった。建物は古く三星としては下のクラスかな!!

便利な所

シンツアーが、すぐ近く。バスに乗るのに、バッグを引っ張って歩いて行ける。川辺の市場まで、歩いて１０分、良い運動です。ホテルにエレベーターは、無いが、荷物は、ホテルのボーイが、運んでくれる。私は、４階の部屋だったが特に問題なし。クリーニングが、安い。

綺麗なホテル

１Ｆのフロアの一室に滞在しました。部屋はとても綺麗で特にシャワーと洗面台がきれいで使いやすかった。窓はあったが外は吹き抜けだった為、日差しは入ってこなかった。内装インテリアもベトナムっぽくお洒落だった。ベッドも広い。Ｗｉ－Ｆｉも良好。ただセーフティボックスはなかった。貴重品はフロントで預かってくれましたが、きちんと管理してくれた。スタッフ教育も行き届いている感じだった。基本的にスタッフはみんな親切で対応が良い。朝食もビュッフェ形式で美味しかった。観光用自転車はホテルの目の前で業者から借りれる（相場20000ドン）。ホテルの周りにはレストランやバー、マッサージ店など結構たくさんがある。ダナン空港までのタクシー手配あり。

素晴らしいサービスと部屋

一人旅で滞在しましたがゆっくり気兼ねなく過ごすことが出来ました。店員の方は皆さん笑顔が素晴らしく、良いサービスの提供により集客を行おうとする良い流れが見受けられました。部屋も安い割に全てが揃っていました。またレストランの食事はカオラウやフォーもありましたので、満足です。また泊まりたいです。

ホテルは小規模ホテルが立ち並ぶ地域にあるこじんまりとしたホテルで、フロントの女性たちの感じもよく、ホイアンの中心部にも近くて便利でした。

スタッフがとても親切で、3泊しましたが楽しく滞在できました。屋上のプールものんびりできて良かったです♪部屋も清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごせました。ホイアンの街にも近く、便利も良かったです。

I did stayed 2 night .Hotel itself is small .I did stayed ground floor. It was no wind and room was a little old. Especially the reaction of reception is good. They book car and tour by reasonable price. They are very kind and polite that was the reason I come liked the hotel. Thank you for their hospitality !

心こもった対応

ニャチャンからの夜行バスで朝７時につく、チェックインは午後２時と聞かされていたので荷物を置かせてもらおうとホテルに行くと、今から部屋を用意するので、その間に朝食でもどうぞと、朝食をいただきました。朝食もいうことないバラエティとおいしさで、朝から全力で観光をすることができました。観光に行こうとフロントに立ち寄ると、おいしいレストランや観光スポットを教えてくれたりと対応も満足です。私が行った日は曇で活用はできませんでしたが、屋上のプールも見逃せないポイントですね。

フレンドリー

3000円程度で泊まれ、良いと思う。部屋はシンプルだが、まあまあ清潔で問題ない。朝食も種類はたくさんないが、フォーや卵料理なども作ってくれるし価格を考えると十分すぎるサービスだと思う。スタッフもフレンドリーでこちらのカタコトの英語も一生懸命聞いてくれる。ミーソンツアーや、フエへのバスの手配もしてくれたし、おすすめの食べ物屋も教えてくれる。高級ではないからこその親しいサービスといった印象。

the room was beautiful. delicious breakfast. good location. the pool looked really cool but we didn't get to use it as it was raining nonstop. the provided toiletries were is very small bottles but we brought our own. during rainy season, the rain gets into the dining area and on the main stair so it gets quite slippery

Cute place to stay!

Super cute! Best part was the whiff of lemongrass coming into the room initially. So calming and relaxing. Staff was great, kind, and helpful. Great location. No complaints here. Definitely would stay here and and recommend!

Lovely Stay

I had a lovely stay here. The hotel replied to all my messages and helped arrange airport transfer for me. My room was clean and I had a hot shower. Excellent WiFi and TV had HBO. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. The pool upstairs was great and lots of sun loungers. Location is excellent on a quiet road but very close to old town and a supermarket two minutes away. Slight issue on check out - it was hard to communicate that I had already paid for the room but they apologised for this.
