Hele mooie woning die doordat het zich in de laagste verdieping bevindt en daardoor deels onder de grond zit, heerlijk koel is ondanks warm weer. Mooi aangekleed en erg schoon. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Fantastisch terras bij de woonkamer. Bij de voordeur ook een mooi terras maar omdat die ander al zo fijn was en dichtbij, zaten wij daar bijna niet. Een tip voor de eigenaren is verduisterende gordijnen oid inde slaapkamers. Om 4.30 is het er zo licht dat wij geen oog meer dichtdeden. Gelukkig oogmaskers mee.. Maar buiten dat: perfect verblijf in prachtige omgeving!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit in Höxter sehr genossen. Die sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Ein perfektes Erlebnis von Ankunft bis Abfahrt. Kommunikation vor der Anreise und vor Ort super freundlich und pünkltich. Kurzer gemeinsamer Check in. Super Lage des Objekts. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Alles genauso schön wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Super Modern eingerichtet und nur das beste vom besten. Betten sehr bequem. Alles super sauber. Hier im Frühling oder Sommer aufzuwachen muss ein Traum sein mit der Aussicht. Kann man alles wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es gibt viel zu sehen in der Umgebung. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Von der netten Nachbarschaft erhält man immer ein freundliches „Hallo“.Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls nett und gut zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

Es ist eine schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Terrasse zum wohlfühlen. Im Sommer ist das nach Erkundung der Gegend, ob zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad, ein Ort zum entspannen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr saubere,neuwertige Ferienwohnung mit heller und gemütlicher Ausstattung. Minimale Kleinigkeiten die uns auffielen waren zB die nicht sichtbare aber laute Straße unterhalb der Anhöhe.Für einen Aufenthalt im Sommer wenn man die Terrasse nutzt vielleicht erwähnenswert.Die großen Matratzen sollten bei der Mitnahme eigener Bettwäsche erwähnt werden und Salz/Pfefferstreuer vor Ort wären schön gewesen.Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten die unseren Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt haben.Wie empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

Es hat uns in Höxter sehr gut gefallen. Es ist eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt, die lustigen Figuren und die vielen Blumen. Alles sehr sauber und keine Haufen von den Hunden. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles super

Stilvoll

Sehr stilvolle und schöne Wohnung am Rand von Höxter. Wenn es noch einen gedeckten Veloparkplatz gehabt hätte, sowie Storen an den Fenstern, wäre unser Aufenthalt 100% perfekt gewesen. Also jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. :-) Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ist wunderbar und einfach per Telefon oder SMS möglich.
