We had a wonderful time at Karongwe River Logde. Staff, accommodations, food and service were impeccable! The games were great and we saw many animals , including the big five.

PERFECTION

Karongwe River Lodge is simply PERFECT! We couldn’t recommend it more. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had a incredible view of the river, where we often saw various types of animals (crocodiles, giraffes, impalas, inhalas, hipos, and more). The staff is very welcoming and thoughtful to our every need. Very kind people indeed. We incredibly well received and treated by every single person who assisted us in the lodge. Really remarkable! The meals were also very good! Fresh, made with care, very well cooked and plent. I think we even put in a few pounds in three days lol Nevertheless the greatness of everything, the game drives were the high point in our stay. Truly amazing! Bethuel (our designated ranger) and Ludwick (tracker) were the best! Very competent at their work and incredibly nice and kind people. We enjoyed every minute in Karongwe! And we certainly are coming back soon!

Everything was exceptional! The room was beautiful and clean, every single staff member was so friendly and helpful! The facilities were great, the food was delicious and the safari was just amazing!

Wir sind selber mit dem Mietwagen angereist, war kein Problem. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen mit einem Willkommensdrink. Wir bezogen die Familiensuite. Wir fanden die ganze Lodge schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Service war sehr bemüht, jedoch in der Bar leicht überfordert, obwohl nichts los war. Bei dem Preis sollten auch die Getränke (zumindest unalkoholisch) inkludiert sein. Die Gamedrives mit Jack & Raimondo waren einzigartig und haben unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Abschließend können wir sagen, dass wir zufrieden waren, jedoch Preis/Leistung nicht ganz stimmt.

Tive problemas no check out pois a menina que estava no balcão não falava inglês muito bem, passou meu cartão duas vezes e disse que não funcionou. Paguei em dinheiro. Por fim, as duas tentativas foram confirmadas pelo cartão e com isso paguei três vezes a mesma conta. Fora isso, foi tudo maravilhoso. Equipe incrível, SPA maravilhoso, comida muito boa, pessoal hospitaleiro. Nossos Guias Matthews e Fredy, the bests!!!

The moment we arrived we were greeted with warm towels to clean our hands and cool drinks to refresh ourselves. It made us feel very welcomed. Everyday they truly made us feel like special guests, customer service and attention was absolutely exceptional. Our rooms were consistently tended to and cleaned very well. Simon ( the ranger) and Adolf ( the tracker) on our safari drives were excellent and very knowledgable; they ensured we got a great experience with each drive. In particular their passion for the animals and respect towards all the guests was what made our stay that much more memorable. Highly Recomend, this is by far one of the most beautiful places to have a vacation.

O local é sensacional, quarto integrado ao ambiente, impossível não se encontrar com pelo menos três dos Bigs fives, o Game é um caso a parte e os guias são atenciosos e explicam tudo. O Hotel tem um serviço muito bom, da recepção ao restaurante, tudo bem planejado e pensado no cliente. No primeiro dia encontramos um grupo de Leões que estavam comendo uma girafa.
