"The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."

"The front desk person Peter was incredible. Very accommodating, always smiling and interactive with us. When a timing mistake for transportation was made to get to the Rammstein concert Peter quickly solved the issue. Made us feel welcomed "

"Great location & staff were so helpful & pleasant. The breakfast buffet was amazing & bed was comfortable. So all in all it is a wonderful spot to stay. We walked from the train station to the hotel with larger pieces of luggage (about 15-20 minutes) so that is do-able Definitely would recommend & stay again if in the area (stayed for 3 nights)"
