Positioned in Sandy Bay but on the cusp of Hobart City itself this new stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property is the front villa of only 2 in this small exclusive development and comes as an amazing lifestyle choice for your next Hobart visit.
Its smart, spacious, stylish as well as functional and caters for both the business executive and today's modern family.
Less than 2 klms to Salamanca and Docks and just moments to the cafe strip and supermarket at Sandy Bay.
Parking for 1 car

The Space:
Set over two levels all 3 bedrooms are well proportioned and the living space is generous. Kitchen and bathrooms are ultra - modern and the furniture, beds, bedding and linen are of the highest quality.
There is reverse cycle air conditioning plus heaters, with a private outdoor area and Smart TV.
The villa comes with off street parking. This is a great base for exploring Hobart and Southern Tasmania or simply relax and enjoy this lovely villa. Also included is:

• Well - equipped Laundry

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the house for the duration of their visit

The Neighborhood:
There are many great dining options and coffee shops within just a few minutes walk from the house. Salamanca is a 15 minute stroll and the wharf precinct just a little further.
Go for a stroll along the Derwent River or explore Battery Point, all within walk

Getting Around:
It's best to have a car to explore all of the city and the beautiful surrounding areas including the Coal River Valley wine region, Huon and Derwent Valley and historic Port Arthur.

Other Things to Note:
All our linen is provided by our linen service, and includes towels for guests. It is of high quality and professionally laundered, so is comfortable to sleep on and fresh!

If you require a porta cot this is available on request at the time of booking

Interaction with Guests:
We leave guests to enjoy the home in privacy for the duration of their stay however are locals so are available if needed

Perfection
A beautiful home for our family to stay in while we explored Hobart! The home had all we needed as interstate visitors. Close to shops, parking available and all the little things we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Thank you so much for the easy check in and departure. Would highly recommend.

Great location and premises
Stayed for 5 nights to attend a wedding in Hobart. Property was spacious, well equipped, spotless, modern and in a very convenient location to both Sandy Bay and Hobart city centre. Enjoyed our stay.
