シングルは窓無し、狭く、ダブル・トリプルの部屋よりがくんと落ちるが、贅沢言わなければ冷蔵庫・wifi・エアコン良好で文句ない。

バスが通っているし、回りにはコンビニエンスやツアー会社がある。路地を入った所なので、静かである。オーナーは、ベトナム家族で、小さい子どもは、よく泣いていたがかわいいものである。奥さんは、英語ができる。

大通りから小さい路地に入った所にあるので最初は見つけづらい。wifiが不安定なのが難点だが、それ以外は満足。スタッフも親切だし値段を考えれば十分な宿だと思う。

観光に便利なホテル
1番良かった点は立地です。近くに飲食店や公園があり観光に便利な一方、路地裏にある故に地元の方々の生活感が感じられてとても楽しめました。部屋もちょうど良い広さでした。

This hotel was rather hard to find since it was down an ally way so carrying luggage did not give me the safest feeling. no elevator and no bellboy to carry the luggage to the room. But its still near a lot of English speaking establishments and a park if you want to exercise in the mornings.

Amazing staff (lovely Vietnamese family)
The Vietnamese family running the place is very lovely and accommodating to all your needs. They will make sure you will get what you need. The hotel itself was clean but the bathroom was a bit mouldy. Very comfortable bed though and pillows I might add.

Convenient and fit the price
Just like home, staff were friendly, cozy and convenient, there were many same kind guest house nearby. Even though I met some insects inside my room, still recommended to stay for a couple days.

it's a very good budget place to stay, close to the nightlife. Don't expect this place to be great but for a place in teen dollars, it is awesome.

Nice place close to the action
The room is small but very sufficient. It is situated down an alley off Pham Ngu Lao and has a very nice character. It is very near to the action and sights of Ho Chi Minh City, and there are plenty of affordable motobike drivers available for hire to other districts if need be.

Accessible to any points in the city
Would like to commend Ms. Vy for her very accommodating force during my entire stay. It was my first time in Vietnam and it felt like a home. From the e-mail response, the car service, and the accommodation- super awesome!

Super fint til prisen
Vi var meget tilfredse med stedet. Check-in var først klokken 1400, men vi ankom klokken 1000 og fik et værelse med det samme. Værelset var helt fint til prisen - intet at klage over. kun at vores dør ikke ville låse særligt nemt. Men en time efter vi havde sagt det i receptionen, var det allerede fikset. Det er altså god service. Eneste minus ved stedet er, at ikke alle medarbejdere snakker lige godt engelsk. Men vil helt klart anbefale stedet, også på grund af den gode lokation.

Budget hotel for solo traveler
31/m/solo traveler - i stayed here 1 night and it was cool. Great price and solid room. Everything was clean and the owners were super polite. The location is perfect...restaurants and bars are literally surrounding the hotel. The ONLY negative was there's no elevator. My room was on the 5th floor and it was a drag having to walk up all the floors in the heat.

Clean and in a great location
We stayed here three nights and enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Excellent location by some seriously good street vendors. Friendly staff which is a family that lives on site. We enjoyed our stay.

Great alley location!
We stayed here three nights and enjoyed the clean room, comfortable bed, happy family / staff that live on the first floor. The hotel is in a great location, quiet alley, but near excellent street food, bars, shops, tourist agencies. The best smoothies are right down the street, too! We enjoyed our stay and recommend to others.

Just meet my requirement
Pro: 1. Simple and basic facilities provided. eg: cabinet, table, TV, small fridge, towel. 2. Location is good. No worry to get starve. About 15min walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. 3. Super single bed. 4. Omelet is nice. Con: 1. Although the staff cleans the room everyday but still spotted tiny cockroach. 2. Blanket a bit small to me. 3. The hotel located at a narrow path where always have many bike to go through. 4. Sound insulation is poor. Woke up by the voice from 1st storey. 5. Breakfast only have fried egg or omelet and with bread + coffee/tea.

Příjemný rodinný hotel v oblasti levných hotelů
Jedná se o levný hotel v baťůžkářské oblasti. Hotel spravuje rozvětvená rodina a cítil jsem se tam velmi příjemně. Čistota, velikost pokoje a klid na pokoji - vše mi vyhovovalo. Stejně tak vzdálenost do centra ke všem hlavním památkám je vyhovující, cca 1 až 2 km. Jediný problém byla špatně fungující wifi, která se odpojovala a nebyla schopná přenést ani menší množství dat.

For 1 night max
I expected a 16 m2 room and I spend 2 days in a closet of 8 m2 on the 5th floor with a neighbour watching karate movie early in morning. Aircond was so cold and can't change it. So I was really disappointed compare to the rate of the hotel. Just the family leaving downstairs is smiling but isn't what I looking for.

Location is great
It's tiny, neat hotel if you can only stay there for night. It's good for backpackers. It's extremely close to "the sinh tourist." It's about 90 seconds literally. If you want to enjoy staying in a hotel, I don't recommend, but it's nice enough to spend a night in a city center. It's not noisy.

Лифта нет, жила на 4 этаже. В номере не убирались. Громко работал кондиционер - не заснула. Отель находится в трущобе. Запахи скверные. На улице перед отелем грязнище! Персонал доброжелательный. Но хозяйка за оплаченный мною через интернет номер пыталась спихнуть меня в хостел. Берите с собой письменное подтверждение брони.

Rigtig godt sted, med rigtig fine værelse - et sted vi ville komme igen, hvis vi skulle til HCM. Ligger enormt godt, og man får rigtig meget for pengene!!

Ok stay but airport shuttle not free
We choose Mai Vy for the airport shuttle, but we realised that this service was not free ... the price was 14$! but there are plenty of taxi services at the airport for 8-9$. Our stay was OK at Mai vy guesthouse on a budget for 2 nights, room basic with AC (even if not working that good...). Room 20$ ok, but you can find many guesthouse around from 12$ for same service.

The hotel in itself is alright, it's located in a narrow alley but close to backpackers main street so location is good too. However, the staff was rude and impolite. They did not have our room ready at check in and made us wait for more than 1,5 hrs before letting us in our room. It seemed like the whole family who runs the place lives in the reception because there were at least five people there at any given time, eating and sleeping and watching tv. Would not go back because of staff performance!

Cheap hotel.
A little hotel, located in Pham ngu lao area. Nice restaurants and bars nearby, but with the same price you can get a way better hotel as well. There was a window in my bathroom to another room's one. Staff were not too friendly, I got no info about them closing doors early, neither they gave me any info about the area. I don't know if they didn't speak english enough, or were busy, but I didn't feel too welcome. No cleaning in the room during my two night stay. Sheets were cheap but clean.

blitzsauberes und ruhiges gefliestes nicht sehr großes, aber völlig ausreichendem Einzel- Zimmer. Zum gleichen günstigen Preis waren in anderen Hotels weder Frühstück noch Kosmetikartikel im Badezimmer dabei. Mitten im Backpacker-Viertel, aber in einer ruhigen schmalen Gasse.
