"If there is one thing that really stands out about this hotel, it’s the entertainment. You will never feel bored here. The entertainment is top-notch, and the team does an excellent job from beginning to end. I chose this hotel mainly because of the great reviews about the buffet, since a good buffet is one of the first things I look for in a resort. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed. It’s not about the lack of variety, but how the buffet is structured. You go for lunch and find rice, beans, and meat in one section, then return for dinner and find basically the same food in the same place. At other resorts, you can clearly see a difference between lunch and dinner. Here, it often feels repetitive day after day. The entertainment staff is fantastic, but some of the other employees could be more welcoming. Many will walk right past you without saying hello or even “good morning.” Some are friendly and greet you, while others don’t. It may seem like a small detail, but as a guest, it makes a difference."
