A washing machine is available in the room; please use it if you are staying for multiple nights.

We offer a total of two free parking spaces, one on-site and one off-site. (The road to the on-site parking area is narrow, so depending on the size of your vehicle, we recommend parking in the off-site parking area or a nearby coin-operated parking lot.)

*Please set up your futon and put on the sheets yourself.

*There is no cleaning service during your stay. For consecutive nights, please use the washing machine provided and use the towels.

*For the safety of our guests, security cameras are installed on the outside of the building.

*You may bring your luggage into the facility before check-in, but please note that we cannot store your luggage after check-out.

*Unlike typical hotels and inns, this facility operates with the understanding and permission of the local residents. Please pay particular attention to the following points when making a reservation:

*Party use is prohibited.
Banquets, concerts, and other various events are prohibited.

*Please refrain from loud noises or disruptive behavior day or night, as this will disturb the neighbors.

* No smoking indoors
An ashtray is provided outside the entrance.

* Access to the garden from the veranda on the first floor is prohibited.

* Access to and use of the balcony area on the second floor is prohibited.

Please refrain from opening the windows.
