Set across two levels and positioned right on the marina, this home is designed for laid-back stays centred around the water. Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is filled with natural light, with large glass doors opening onto the balcony. From here, take in uninterrupted marina views as boats drift past and the day unfolds. The living area offers a comfortable place to unwind with a TV and relaxed seating, while the dining space invites long meals and easy conversation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay, making it simple to prepare meals at home or enjoy slow mornings before heading out on the water. Also on this level, the primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, private ensuite and direct access to the balcony, where you can wake to water views and step straight outside.

Downstairs, two additional bedrooms provide flexible accommodation. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third features two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A central bathroom services this level, and with three bathrooms in total, there’s space and convenience for groups.

Step outside and you’re right on the marina’s edge, with the rare option to dock your boat directly in front of the home (available for a small additional fee), making this an ideal base for exploring the river and Coorong. Ample parking is available in the garage and driveway.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
