New listing for 2025, this 3rd row, renovated home is the perfect vacation spot for your family and pet! The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a pool, outdoor bar, and a fully fenced-in yard making it a convenient and comfortable place for you to relax. Just steps away from private beach access, spend your days at the beach without worrying about crowds. Located just a mile from Coligny, you can easily walk or bike to shops, restaurants, and live music. Boundless memories and good times await!

The Space:
The entire house has been thoughtfully updated and impeccably maintained with a blend of coastal charm and modern convenience. Walk into an open floor plan with tons of natural light. The family room has an oversized sectional with ample seating for all while watching TV on the big screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, gas range/stovetop and everything you need to cook delicious meals. The dining room has a full sized, custom table that comfortably seats 8. There is additional bar seating at the kitchen island for 4. The primary bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom with shower and TV. The second bedroom has a king bed and TV. It shares a bathroom (equipped with a shower tub) with the third bedroom which has two sets of bunks – sleeping 4 – and a TV. The sectional sofa does have a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping if needed. All towels and sheets are provided for your convenience. Additionally, there is a full sized washer and dryer if needed!
Outside, you and your pets will enjoy a private, fully fenced-in yard equipped with a cabana bar and TV, propane grill, in-ground pool, and plenty of seating. You will have beach chairs, beach toys, corn hole and a beach wagon at your disposal. The house has ample parking onsite.

Great beach vacation

Great house in a great area! Very comfortable for our group of 8. Steps away from the beach. Fantastic pool. Communication with Steve Janning was great. We would stay here again in a heart beat and will definitely use Steve in the future when booking a rental in Hilton Head.

Pictures do represent the property. It’s very close to the shore and an easy walk. Kitchen was full stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, plates and glass ware. Nice to have second refridge for extra items. Comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.

Another excellent stay!

My family and our dog visited this property for the second year in a row and absolutely loved our stay. The location couldn’t have been better with third row beach access and a 10 min walk to Coligny. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was well kept and cleaned during the week. The property was also pet friendly with a well secured gate. Can’t wait to come back next year!

House was very nice. Everything was just like photos. Very short walk to excellent part of the beach that wasn’t too busy. Half mile to Coligny circle. Pool inflatables and boogie board were a bonus. Rent some bikes as they are a great way to get around. Emailed property manager when we arrived to get pool cleaned and it was done next morning. We would stay there again.

This house is fabulous. The private pool in the backyard is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun on the beach. This is the ideal house if you have kids. Fantastic home and location

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this home! It was extremely clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. Steve, the property manager is responsible, generous and attentive. If we had a question, he responded immediately. (Thank you Steve!) The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are great. I do not write reviews very often, but this experience merited it - everything was excellent! I highly recommend staying there!

Loved Hilton Head!

We loved our stay at Hilton Head. It was the first time we had been here in over 30 years. This house was great for our needs. It is not right on the beach but is a very short walk. We brought our dog and the fenced in yard was a very nice convenience. The house is about a mile from Coligny Plaza but we walked it several times and biking to it is very easy. We would definitely stay in this house again when we visit Hilton Head.

So close to beach and SO much room!

We love staying in this area of HHI and this is the best house we've stayed in yet. Everything was very clean and although not newly renovated the furnishings and cleanliness made it feel updated, bright, open and inviting. The sunroom was a nice surprise and gave us a 2nd living room to hang out in. The pool was great too! I loved all the skylights throughout the house and being able to see and hear the ocean from such a short distance away. We rented bikes and biked everywhere while we were in town. We'll be back this summer!
