Nestled within a beachfront community, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is complete with everything necessary for a fun-filled beach getaway! The shore is located right outside, while there’s plenty of restaurants and shops within a few blocks. Coligny Plaza and Beach Park is located right next door, while attractions like Harbour Town and the Coastal Discovery Museum are within a short drive. After a day on the beach, come home to whip up a meal in the kitchen or enjoy cocktails on the balcony!

This property is located in an excellent location on Hilton Head Island. Beachfront property overlooking the pool area with easy access to the dunes. The property is easily walk-able to a full service grocery and many restaurants and shops. Easy access to main roads. The unit is a one bedroom unit and has all that one could want during your stay. The kitchen was great to have as we cooked many meals. Even better is a washer and dryer at your disposal. The kitchen is stocked with many staples you many need. Laundry soap was provided during our visit. Although the building is not the fanciest or newest on the island it was more than enough for our needs and great value for your money.

Great location

It is in a great location that is convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. We didn't have to get in the car to drive any where. We were also able to take advantage of the washer/dryer as we were traveling for several more weeks.

Every thing was perfect!

We loved this condo and want to be back ! The only reason i gave 4🌟 it’s because when you git checkt in the floor was smelling havy pinesol and it was kinda sticky and it seemed like was not mopped! Besides that everything was perfect i will book again soon for my next trip to HHI . Thankyou

Great condo for a couples getaway!

This condo was perfect for a short week getaway for me and my wife. Located in the breakers condo complex. It’s right on the beach with beautiful views from the deck. Everything was nice and clean and worked perfectly. Would definitely go back again.

We love Breakers

This is our 2nd year choosing Breakers at Hilton Head. The host was great and checked in with us as we checked in and as we checked out. Even made sure we were safe ahead of the in coming hurricane. We will always choose Breakers as we visit Hilton Head.

Great little getaway

We absolutely loved this little condo. Very clean, everything worked, there was an issue with the air that was fixed extremely promptly. The view was incredible and everything was within walking distance so we did not have to drive anywhere. We will definitely be back!

Jeannie, our host was the best we have ever had!!! She was so helpful in suggesting where to eat and what to visit. She checked on us to make sure everything was well with her condo and even to check that we made it safely. We had no issues with checking in and her condo is so nice! Easy access to the beach. Jeannie and everything with our stay was just amazing!!!

Location of the unit at The Breakers was very good. Kitchen well stocked. The view is very nice - pool and see the ocean water and some of the beach. Communication with the manager was excellent ! Will look forward to booking unit again.

First Vrbo experience

The host was outstanding… even let us check in super early. Technically sleeps 6 but honestly, it’s a comfortable property for two, maybe 3. The beach was very close ( 3 min walk) and the stores and restaurants were right across the street. We would definitely go back.

Excellent location, short walk to everything

Within walking distance of everything - restaurants, taverns, even a grocery store. Terrific heated pool. Has brand new elevator, so don't have to carry everything up two flight of stairs. It is small and best suited for just two people, but that what makes it affordable.

Review of 227 Breakers

The host was beyond fantastic. She texted to make sure everything was as it should be once we arrived. We had a couple of suggestions and questions while we were there and she responded timely. The condo was very well-maintained. The whole unit seems to have been recently updated with tile floors, granite countertops, and a tile shower. For future bookings…the bunk beds are best suited towards small children - probably best for under 12 years old. The unit was stocked with paper towels and some kitchen goods. Check to see what’s there before you go shopping! The location is perfect as it is located mid-island and right across from Coligny with shopping and restaurants. Beach access was very convenient as well. The complex…The Breakers is an older complex at Hilton Head. There are currently NO elevators although we did see where they are planning to be installed. Parking was terrible. While each unit is assigned one space with a parking pass, coming in later in the evening (9:00 or later) there were no spaces available. We parked close to the complex and crossed our fingers that our car was not towed overnight. We also had one of our rental bikes stolen from where we had placed them. We were able to recover the bike before we left and found that the sticker for the rental company was removed and the basket and chain were discarded in the complex. I would not feel comfortable leaving beach chairs etc. outside.
