Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: This is a very barebones set-up. Nobody checks guests in (or rather, it's all over text/email) and there is no staff around. In the rooms, the cement floors are very cold, there is a shortage of surfaces, and one little hook for clothes & coats. The bathroom fixtures were coming out of the wall and there were scratches & scuffs all over the door. Everything felt very cheaply made. During my stay, the power went out and there was a pile of leaves outside my door I had to trudge through. The reality doesn't live up to the cute photos. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't stay here again.

Niagara Canada is has a wild city center for families visiting the attractions. Kings Inn is walkable to everything without being in the center of everything, super convenient. Quiet and simple, it felt like a place I could take a nap between here in there or stay for aweek and be treated like family.

There are not many places to stay near Hillsdale, NY. The Brooks Motel is an exceptional find. A renovated 1950s roadside motel, The Brooks provided a safe haven for the night. A no host hotel, guests are provided by email a code for the keypad on the door. A text and phone number are provided to reach the host if something is needed. The hosts are quick to respond and very gracious. Beds are new memory foam and very comfy. My only complaint is that there is no carpet on any floor, only concrete.

Had a lovely night at the Brooks Motel. It’s very well appointed with super comfy beds. There doesn’t seem to be staff on site but a number you can contact with any issues - we didn’t have any and it was not a problem for us. The room was clean and recently renovated. Close to lots of good dining options in Columbia county and the Berkshires.

It was exactly what we needed for the visit. Clean room, tv, wifi, excellent shower, towels, coffee. It’s a little bare-bones (concrete floor and painted plywood walls), but noise wasn’t an issue. Seamless checkin and checkout. Would stay again.

The Brooks was perfect for what I needed - somewhere to stay after a friend's party nearby. The rooms are small but really well laid out and clean. It's my first time using the non-contact check in and it worked really well due to good in advance communication.

This is a self serve motel, completely renovated. New beds, linens, very clean. There is no staff there, you check in on your mobile phone with text instructions. It was a easy, no hassle procedure for us.
