「This is a very well appointed basement apartment and was perfect for my adult daughter and myself. Communication with the manager was excellent. Place was spotless and there were no noise issues from upstairs neighbor. Laundry access and machines were great. The weather was nice and I spent a good amount of time each day enjoying the private outdoor space.」

「This was clean, quiet, lovely, and spacious. Beautfully appointed, we had nearly the entire house. The "coffee bar" kitchenette was accurately described and posed few problems, since the event we were there for covered most of our meals. Convenient location in the southern part of Portland. The upstairs room staircase is steep but it's huge and with a cute giraffe theme, and it has its own window a/c. Would definitely visit again.」

「This is a spacious, private and beautiful ADU behind the main house. Plenty of room for 2 couples, and well-appointed kitchen. Nice view of the water from the ADU’s deck and access to a private pier and kayak lent by the generous owner. He also gave us a dozen chicken eggs. A top notch experience!」
