「I was a single traveller and was placed into a family room with 2 bedrooms which I didn't need.
I had booked through Expedia but didn't realise there was another 3rd party that was involved. After getting through the initial booking mix up the room they assigned me wasnt ready at 2pm and reception, who weren't aware of room availability said after I had ventured down to my room 700 meters away that I would need to wait for it to be available.
