Apartments in Hildale for Rent

"The worst experience ever. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, at 5pm was told the room is still not ready. We had to sit in the lobby until the room was “ready” The front desk said she couldn’t even “call” us when the room was ready and we had to come back and check. She couldn’t even put us in another room, because it didn’t comp what we paid… Eventually cleaning crew said they are no longer cleaning and our room wouldn’t be ready. Front desk eventually put us in a ADA room. We asked for a bottom floor room, due to traveling with luggage and she put us on a second floor. The reasoning was it was close to an elevator. Room was dirty. Found hairs on the bed and toilet. Will attach photos! At this point , we were just happy to get a room. checked out at 8am … and no food at breakfast. No coffee, no plates….. like why even advertise it. When we checked out the elevator didn’t work and the ice machine didn’t work. What a jinx By the way we were traveling with a newborn, paid extra for the bassinet + 1 person. Couldn’t be any worse of an experience. I’ve never written a review, but this experience calls for it. "

"The location is great. Although I wouldn’t it was good value since cleanliness was poor. Bathroom towels were smelling of mud. Kitchen was not organized and unclean. Unclean towels were in bathrooms and seem like a pile that was not clean since one days. I wouldn’t say a luxurious glamping experience. It was mediocre at best. But again good location and surroundings. "

"Could have used a printer at the Business Center. Shinepay chargers were completely useless (with an android phone) and cost me $15 to find this out. Tv not able to use casting from computer so stuck with only your channels. Otherwise ok but need charging if i would consider in the future."

"Attended Matt’s off-road adventure so needed room to park trailers. They opened dirt lot close. No problems. The pool area is lacking. One little sun shade for 30 people. Pool cold. Uncomfortably cold. Solar blanket, heater? Fans with misters? "

"The property is...odd. maybe an old office building? The jacuzzi suite had 4 large florescent fixtures (3 worked), burned out bulb in the rading light, missing lightbulbs in the vanity fixtures, and when the jacuzzi tub was turned on, some black gunk came out. Carpet was stained, bathroom floor dirty, and blind only opened about 1/3 of the way. Breakfast was good, tried to talk to the staff about the problems but after ringing the buzzer and no one came out, just gave up. Hotel is located in a primarily residential/school area, about 1mile from the main road. Can see that it cout have some potential, but is not being kept up or modified to be more hotel like. "

" Very warm and cozy place! Love the design of the resort and staffs super friendly and helpful! The furnitures are kinda breaking and shaking… the dinning table on the deck was barely holding it together. Coffee maker was so much dirt and residue! But stills love the place!! "
