"We recently stayed at this hotel for three days with our family, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the very beginning, service was inconsistent and often frustrating. Calling the front desk was a challenge, as calls would go unanswered even after 15–20 rings. One of the recurring issues was the confusion around our breakfast inclusion. Each morning, we had to go through the same back-and-forth with the staff, which became unnecessarily tiring. Additionally, the constant security checks every time we entered or exited the hotel felt excessive and inconvenient. It also appeared that the staff prioritized foreign guests over others, which was quite disappointing. Many of the employees seemed inexperienced, almost as if they were still in training, which reflected in their lack of confidence and coordination. The restaurant was another letdown, offering very limited Indian menu options, and the pricing felt unreasonably high for what was served. Overall, the hotel felt like an average property with a brand name attached, but it did not deliver on expectations."

"The Stay Inn is a real treasure and I am so happy I found it. A fresh clean comfortably appointed room. Daily cleaning by friendly, detail-oriented staff. Ample well-kept grounds with flowering plants, manicured lawns, and flocks of songbirds (including a peacock on the roof one day.) I stayed four days and had most of my meals here as they are visitor friendly - sanitary and delicious. I’m from Canada and ate Indian. My trip to Delhi was business and Amrita made sure everything went smoothly, arranging airport pickup, daily transportation and so on. This is a beautiful property run by kind and genuinely caring people. The UNESCO world heritage site, Qutub minar is 15 minutes by taxi and well worth visiting. Overall, I am very enthusiastic about this place and hope to return. "

"This is an excellent property to stay in Delhi. We have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it. There is a huge shopping mall right next to the hotel and we have found that very convenient."

"When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost. The only hotel in my entire multiple visits to India where i had to deliver my own suitcases to my room. Not very impressed overall. No intention of returning here. "

"when I arrived they said they did not have a reservation for me, when in fact I already paid for it even in advance so at midnight I had to go somewhere else. I could not get a refund because it was still time to check in. They never issued a refund. Very convenient for them to keep your money after they turned you away!"

"I think we found the best place to stay in Delhi and it was nice easy! The villa is beautiful, nice, clean room and bathroom, the staff are kind and helpful, great and safe location, delicious breakfast! What more could you ask for! You won't regret staying at villa 33!"

"Nice hotel close to the international airport. There is a nice lawn and swimming pool at the rear. No noise once you enter the hotel complex. Breakfast has wide range of choices and staff service is great."
