We are located in Highlands, North Carolina, 7 minutes from downtown Main Street in the Flat Mountain area.

High speed fiber optic WiFi-strong enough for multiple users gaming, streaming and zooming. We also have multiple WiFi boosters throughout the cabin to ensure strong internet access, including the outdoor deck areas!

TreeTops also receives 5G mobile access for T-Mobile & Verizon users.

We offer Copper kitchenware, Keurig Coffee Machine with a Milk Frother, Drip-Coffee Machine, a Stainless Steel Blender, Toaster, crystalware, and casual glassware, with all the necessary tools a skilled chef has in their kitchen! Gourmet kitchen with electric range, dishwasher, tile and Carrera marble countertops, opens up to a breakfast bench area!

The TreeTop's great rooms exceed expectations with a large custom stone fireplace, comfortable seating! The six-level home offers enough room for large gatherings yet be cozy!

Two Hermes orange umbrellas cover outdoor living and dining spaces to enjoy all types of weather. A dining table with four comfortable chairs will ensure almost every meal is enjoyed al fresco!
★ PENTHOUSE LEVEL KING
SUITE:
We offer a king bed with luxurious linens, a walk-in closet, blackout curtains, and a soaking tub! You will have plenty of storage, a leather chair & and of course- there is a TV.
★ QUEEN GUEST SUITE:
Offering a queen bed with luxurious linens, access to fully fenced lawn with two Adirondack chairs, and an ensuite half bathroom!
★ BUNKBED SUITE:
Our third bedroom is great for kids or overflow. It offers two beds—one twin and one full-size bed—with access to the Ralph Lauren Hall Bathroom, and plenty of storage!
★ OFFICE:
Downstairs has a desk, lamp, and a comfortable desk chair to ensure productivity is achieved, if necessary.
★ GROUND LEVEL FIRE PIT:
Offers plentiful seating with a fire pit and greenery! Complimentary firewood is available .
★ LAUNDRY ROOM:
Each shower & soaking tub comes with Victor Vaissier Shampoo, Conditioner, & Shower Gel. Each sink comes with Victor Vaissier Hand Wash & Body Lotion. Victor Vaissier is exclusive to TreeTops Cabin from France.
To ensure a luxurious stay, the bathrooms are stocked with Frontgate Turkish Towels!
We only provide premium toilet paper (2 rolls in each bathroom).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
**We are proud to offer such a special place for your enjoyment. Please treat our home as you would treat your own. Because of the nature of the structure and furnishings, some things may need special care. You are responsible for any damages incurred by those in your party, visitors, children and pets.
**Please note: Guests must declare all members of their party prior to arrival booking. Failure to record the number of guests in your party at booking could result in termination of your reservation without any refunds. We appreciate your cooperation!**
**We recommend trip insurance to protect your investment.
**Your security matters. There are two exterior security cameras at the main points of entry to the home. None of the cameras look into interior spaces or into sitting areas underneath the covered porches.
ACCESSIBILITY - Stairs are required to access difference levels of the home, bedrooms and bathrooms.
EXCLUSIVE ACCESS - All guests and pets must be reported at the time of booking. Per VRBO's policy, failure to properly report the total number of guests and/or pets can result in immediate cancellation. No refunds will be given to guests who violate this policy. If guests drop out or need to be added after booking, we will happily adjust the reservation as needed 48 hours prior to arrival.
FAMILY CONSIDERATIONS - This is a great place for kids. However, the property is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for very young children. Parents will need to provide their own supplies for kids (i.e. high chairs, pack and plays, cribs, etc.) and safety equipment that they feel is necessary (i.e. child-proof locks, safety gates, etc.). At this time we do not offer any related items for infants or toddlers.
PETS - DOGS are allowed for an additional fee of $100 per stay up to two (2) DOGS. Please inquire with any DOG questions ahead of booking. Please review pet policies in house rules. WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS- DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES WITH OWNERS.
TRAVEL INSURANCE - We recommend trip insurance to protect your investment. Our cancelation policy cannot be changed after booking.
