Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Unterkunft war sauber und zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück war lecker. Leider gab es keine glutenfreie Alternativen zu den normalen Wecken. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer gut befahrenen Straße. Darum war immer Straßenlärm zu hören.

In Gänze so nicht in Ordnung

Es tut mir leid, ein eiskaltes Souterrain auf Höhe des Parkplatzes mit Sicht auf die Felgen der dort stehenden Autos sowie zerschlissene und feuchte Handtücher sind 233 EUR für eine Nacht nicht wert. Bitte die Preisgestaltung mal überdenken, und das Zimmer renovieren. Zudem war kein Frühstück verfügbar, was einen Tag vorher noch für 15 € angeboten wurde. Für Ersatz wurde nicht gesorgt. Es war nur ein Zimmerschlüssel vorhanden, für ein Familienzimmer mit zwei Doppelzimmern zuwenig.

Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, das Frühstück ordentlich. Schade, dass die Lage des Hotels an der Weinstraße die Nachtruhe etwas beeinträchtigte.

Leider können wir der Unterkunft keine volle Punktzahl geben, da der Start schon sehr schlecht angefangen hat. Wenn es heißt Check in ist ab 1400 Uhr aber niemand da ist und fast 15 Leute vor verschlossener Tür stehen ist das sehr ärgerlich. Wenn man dann um 1405 Uhr anruft und es heißt in 10 Minuten sind wir da und dann erst 1428 Uhr jemand auftaucht und wir noch nicht mal eine Entschuldigung bekommen finde ich das nicht sehr kundenfreundlich und auch sehr schade ! Ich finde es auch nicht wirklich organisiert. Wir haben bei der Buchung vergessen das Frühstück hinzuzufügen, was kein Problem war es vor Ort zu tun. Aber wenn man per Email nachfragt und es heißt 10 Euro pro Person und dann beim Check out 15 Euro pro Person bezahlt finde ich das nicht inordnung.

Die Pension ist mit einer guten Gaststube verbunden, der Abend mit guten Wein und Pfälzer Spezialitäten ist gesichert. Das Frühstück dagegen ist eher Karl und spartanisch. Keiner muss hungrig abfahren, aber es wenig Kreativität zu spüren, nur das absolute Pflichtprogramm. Wie waren vorher im SHilton in Mainz. Da gab es für den gleichen Preis drei Klassen besseres Frühstück, Abends haben wir in Zimmer Käfer gejagt, die irgendwann beim Lüften ins Zimmer gekommen sein müssen, Wir verbuchen dass als Bio-Bonus.

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns ersmal Kodas Tor nicht aufgemacht und für öffentliche Verkehr erstmal keine Information gestellt. Müssten erstmal bei unser Hinreise nach Freinsheim ein Taxi nehmen, der leider viel zu teuer war.

Nettes kleines Hotel. Unser 3-Bettzimmer direkt unterm Dach war modern, gemütlich und sehr geräumig. Leider ohne Klimaanlage und bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr warm. Zimmer war sauber. Beim Frühstück waren wir die einzige Familie , aber dennoch war alles sehr liebevoll und umfangreich für 3 *** vorbereitet.

Hotel und Gaststätte top! Große und saubere Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was dazugehört und das Essen in der Gaststätte war auch sehr lecker. Die Besitzer immer präsent und sehr nett. Werden im Herbst wiederkommen!
