The ice machine on our level was broken, but I think it was from over use for icing many sore muscles and injuries of hockey players bodies. 「Great family stay in the 2 bedroom swim up apartment. I highly recommend the swim up apartment for kids if you plan to swim everyday, pool was heated so we were able to swim in July. BYO pool towels or they can be hired from reception. Toiletries are fairly basic (combination shampoo/conditioner and bar soap) so if you're particular BYO, face washers are also not supplied.
