Tastefully decorated, fully furnished one bedroom condo located in Albemarle Plantation, a vibrant lifestyle community located on the inner banks of the Albemarle Sound. Ground floor unit backs up to 10th hole of Sound Links golf course. Full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, single bathroom with walk-in shower, wireless internet, and covered patio. Has one assigned parking space. Community offers dining at two restaurants, community pool, golf, tennis, fitness center, and full service deep water marina.

Well Worth the Stay

Wonderful VRBO, I would stay again. The microwave stopped working however the owner was very proactive about replacing it. Great communication and care! The fitted sheet did not fit the thick mattress however it was very comfortable thick mattress. The pillows were a bit flat and miss matched. I still rate this stay with all fives because it is a great VRBO and I'm sure these minor (easy to fix) matters will be addressed.

Weekend retreat

The property was excellent. My wife appreciated the way it was decorated and appointed. She and I both appreciated the view of the golf course because she could watch me play the 10th hole of the golf course as she lounged. Perfect getaway.

Outstanding Property

We stayed at this location for 4 nights. My brother-in-law lives in Albemarle Plantation. The location near the marina was fantastic and also the pool and club house. There is nothing you need while staying here. The property is fully equip with everything you need. There is a common area in the back where there are two gas grills and tables for dining. Right off the 10th fairway. Very quite and comfortable.

A stay at the beautiful Albemarle Plantation

We are building the house at the Albemarle Plantation and it was good to find a shelter right in the neighborhood. It's a beautiful neighborhood with a wonderful golf course and marina. The club house restaurant, the dockside cafe and the pool just a few minutes from this property. The marina for the boaters is nearby. NIce small condo with all necessary amenities. We enjoyed staying there. Thank you to the owners.

Great Condo

Nice, clean condo. Great communication with he host. Perfect location for a boater needed a break off their boat if making the Albemarle loop or maybe a golfer. Would 100% stay again, maybe next years Regatta.

Condo was fine. We had a very nice time. I hate to bring up the following as we did get along great. However a few items need to be addressed. Noisy AC. No hairdryer. No bath soap a “starter coffee supply” would have been nice. Very low lighting in living room if one wishes to read. But we had fun!!!

Small Space with Large Amenities

This is a small condo with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The small patio looks out on the golf course and is pleasant for breakfast or an evening cocktail, although the adjacent HVAC is loud. The kitchen is adequate for making simple meals but the lighting could be better (bulb out over stove). The real value here lies in the resort amenities: boat launch and marina, tennis, swimming pool, and golf. If you are looking for lots of recreation, then look no further. This is your place.
