Sea View 3 bedroom villa with a heated pool

A complex of three villas ideal for relaxation and isolation. In a fenced area of 4 acres the stone built villas are placed steplessly giving them unobstructed views to the sea and complete privacy. Their aesthetics, inspired by elements of traditional architecture and interiors with boho touches, make up a setting of summer escape.

Each villa has three bedrooms, two on the floor with a shared bathroom and one bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom inside the room. At the same level there is the main space with lounge, fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen that has access to the guests wc and a small warehouse. The villas feature a central cooling heating system, security systems, tv 42``, free wi fi. Access to the villas and the complex is done with unique code available at the time of booking. Villas are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

They have a courtyard with swimming pool, dining room, barbecue, wood oven and garden with aromatic plants. A special feature is the afternoon relaxation area, a sunset oriented wooden platform.



Heating of the pool is upon request and at extra charge.
