It was perfect spot located near the beach and shops but not in the thick of it either so you could retreat away from the lively atmosphere when needed. Requested a sea view which we got however, felt uncomfortable using the balcony as the restaurant is below. The food was lovely with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly friendly. Only drawback for us was that despite being a paid customer, we felt the service could’ve been better with regards to the drinks. It seemed customers from the street got better treatment. It would e also have been nice is shower gel, shampoo etc was available. Only hand soap as the option. We would still come back though as it is set within a beautiful location.

Nice place overall

Great patio overlooking the water at King Scorpio.That was where the four star rating should end and was also a real problem for noise it created going past 2am while right next door.Food was good although monotonous.Would have appreciated pita bread.Snack bar was mislabeled as a different name.Also served third grade meat in the gyros with plenty of fat and no vegetables.(a real shame for greek pride).All the other non greek foods were good however atbthis snack bar.

Dissapointing

Hotel restaurant had limited choices and was bland. As it was an all inclusive the drinks were watered down and there was only one choice for beer. During our stay we ate in the restaurant once and had one drink each, after that we decided to eat and drink outside of hotel.

Hôtel bien situé, face à la mer (vue magnifique) et un peu excentré des bars et autres restaurants, donc plus calme. Le bar de l'hôtel en version tout inclus est splendide (king scorpio bar). La restaurant principale du complexe est excellente et variée (de tout : des spécialités locales aux basics). Le personnel est accueillant.

Panorama-Suite bei Ankunft noch nicht einzugsbereit, mangelhaft gereinigt. Beim eintreten der Suite die liegt zuoberst im 3. Stock ohne Lift. Was wir vorfanden war eine Frechheit. 1. Ganze Suite magelhaft gereinigt, kein Telefon 2. Wohnzimmer-Küche: Stühle fehlten kein Mineralwasser (wie beschrieben) Fernbedienung (Klima-Anl.) Wohnzi.-Küche defekt 3. Terrasse: Türen zur Terrasse defekt (n.schliessbar) Mückennetz defekt, Liegematten fehlten Terrasse unsauber 4. 1. Schlafzimmer: Matraze durchgelegen, sehr hohe Kopfkissen, kein gutes schlafen TV beim drehen fast herunter gekommen (Halterung defekt) kein Kleider-Schrank, Zimmer mangelhaft gereinigt 5. 2. Schlafzimmer: 1 Nachttischlampe ohne Kippschalter d.h. Stecker direkt in die Steckdose Zimmer dreckig auch unter dem Bett etc. Ameisen z.teil auch auf dem Bett 6. Badezimmer: Spartanisch eingerichtet für eine Suite (4 Personen) keine Hand-Badetücherstangen oder Ständer, weder im Bad noch sonst wo. 7. Reinigung der Suite Mal wurde gereinigt dann wieder nicht, bis man über das Natel in das Hotel anrief und fragte wo die Reinigung bleibt. Katastrophal !!! Essen: nicht rühmenswert! Was auf auf der Homepage beschrieben wird ist alles andere als wahr! Sanierung im 2019? Möchte die zukünftigen Reisenden einfach warnen. Bewertung dieses Hotel, höchstens eine 2. Rühmenswert war nur die Terrasse mit der Aussicht..

Buona posizione fronte mare, anche se leggermente fuori dal centro pedonale del paese (facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata sul lungo mare). Servizi ristorazione e piscine dell’hotel eccellenti. Cucina internazionale che fornisce pasti adatti a tutti. Purtroppo, la pulizia delle camere è carente: nel soggiorno per una settimana è successo ben tre volte che la camera non venisse pulita e gli asciugamani sostituiti, nonostante la sollecitazione in reception. Per il resto, nel complesso buono.

Conveniently located between the beach and main shopping/business thoroughfare. Comfortable, clean, spacious room; had a sea-front suite with gorgeous views abound. Good dining choices in an all-inclusive buffet. Very friendly staff: special thanks to hostess Anna who recommended and booked awesome bus excursions for us, told interesting things about Crete, showed us around, explained what’s what, and generally made us feel very welcome. Elena at reception was also excellent, went out of her way to accommodate a few needs that came up and did it with sincerity! Thank you ladies, you made it great, would definitely come to Porto Greco Village! One suggestion for management is to have water/tea/coffee in the lobby 24/7, which we like wherever we stay, something to consider. Just a thought. Cheers!

Die Lage von Porto Greco Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und zentral. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Meerblick und demnach eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Meiner Meinung nach sind Räume ohne Meerblick bzw. mit Sicht auf andere Gebäude nicht für Geniesser geeignet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Sauberkeit lässt definitiv zu wünschen übrig. Leider konnten wir das Essen und die Drinks (All Inclusive) nicht geniessen und haben so fast täglich auswärts gespeist. Direkt nebenan befindet sich das King Scorpio, das Beach Bar Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in Allem war die Unterkunft gut, die Fotos entsprechen jedoch nicht ganz der Realität.

Hotel molto comodo come posizione , vicino a locali e alla via principale. La camera vista mare è davvero carina a e livello di pulizia devo dire che non abbiamo trovato sporco e ogni giorno passavano a cambiare le lenzuola e asciugamani Le spiaggie sono abbastanza carine ma a 10 minuti di macchina si possono trovare posti stupendi . Per quanto riguarda lo staff, le cameriere e camerieri sono davvero tutti molto carini mentre per la reception sono tutti abbastanza disponibili e cordiali come ad esempio Antonio mentre non ci siamo trovati bene con una sola receptionist che dovrebbe forse sorridere di più e capire la clientela senza dare informazioni errate. Unica pecca è la sicurezza , nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi sotto avevamo una specie di rave party in strada ma era possibile per tutti entrare e raggiungere le stanze, c’era un signore che controllava ma c’era talmente tanta gente che era impossibile per lui controllare tutto . Per il cibo , devo dire che mi aspettavo molto peggio dalle recensioni che avevo letto , non è dei migliori ma comunque c’è sempre qualcosa di mangiabile soprattutto la carne e le patatine cotte al momento.

Wir hatten mehrfach kein Strom. Hotel ist sehr laut und 0,0 Dämmung in den Wänden. Klimaanlage dient auch nur zur Tarnung. Am Strand kosten die Liegen täglich 20€ (2 Liegen, 2 Handtücher Wasser) - nicht schlimm sollte man aber wissen. Essen war ok.

Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber...als wir nach 2tagen eine Reinigung wieder wollten, haben sie uns neue Badetücher gebracht, aber keine neue Bettwäsche...(Leintuch, etc.) Das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht gut...immer das selbe...3sterne würd ich sagen
