Dimitri the Owner was very kind to us and if you need to know anything just ask him. In the big apartment was enough space for 5 adults maybe more. Very comfortable beds and beautiful view over the ocean. The Street was a little bit loud, but at night it was no problem. If you want to party it's about a 50min Walk to Malia (If you had some Beers maybe more) and about a 40min Walk to the Clubs in Hersonissos. We rented a car for 2 days which was a great way to see something from the big island. All in all we had a great time at Okirroi Villas.

Les appartements sont très bien situés proches d’un arrêt de bus et plage facilement accessible. Les appartements représentent parfaitement l’architecture grecque, très confortable et spacieux. La piscine est très bien entretenue et est très agréable pour se relaxer quand on revient de la plage ou simplement pour y passer un moment. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa grande gentillesse, son chaleureux accueil, toujours disponible pour nous aider, renseigner, donner des bonnes adresses de visites, restaurants, etc ... je recommande très fortement cet établissement, nous y avons passé de magnifique et inoubliable vacances !

Super séjour

Partie avec 4 amis. Super séjour avec un hôtel très bien situé (entre Malia et Hersónissos) pour ceux qui aime s’amuser ou manger. Dimitri (gérant) sera toujours à l’écoute de vos besoins et y répondra en souriant. Je recommande. Ps: ne convient pas aux personnes à la recherche de grand établissement.

Appartements très bien situés, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et de nombreux restaurants et agences proposant divers activités (jet ski, quad, kitesurf, etc.). Les logements sont propres et bien entretenus. Seule réserve : la douche sans cabine qui fait qu’à la moindre douche, on met de l’eau de partout ! Et comme les WC sont aussi dans la salle de bain, papier toilette et cuvettes sont trempées. Le gros plus de cette propriété, c’est Dimitris, le propriétaire, toujours de bonne humeur et aidant. Il saura vous mettre dans une ambiance de détente et vous donner des coins sympas à visiter. À tel point que nous reviendrons sûrement seulement pour le revoir, et revisiter cette île magnifique qu’est la Crète.

Kleines Appartment sehr gemütlich

Das Appartement war sauber und ist für 2 Personen völlig Ausreichend ! Es befindet sich in einem Raum das Bett, die Küche , ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. Die Küche ist ausreichend für 3 Personen Ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschiene , ein Sandwitchtoaster und ein Wasserkocher sind vorhanden . Mit dem kleinen Ofen kann man problemlos Brötchen oder Toast Aufbacken und auf den 3 Herdplatten kann man sich auch etwas warmes zu Essen kochen. Leider hat uns etwas Stauraum für unsere Kleider gefehlt! Das Badezimmer ist allerdings etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig da es keine abgetrennte Dusche gibt, man Duscht praktisch im ganzen Bad , man sollte also daran denken z.B. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier vorher raus zu legen ! Auch im Badezimmer fehlt etwas Ablagefläsche . Aber alles in allem war es ein Amgehnemer Aufenthalt, der Vermieter war immer sofort Bereit zu helfen wenn es Probleme gab und trotz dass es eine Fewo ist kam fast jeden Tag die Reinugungskraft und hat gefegt, die Betten gemacht und für frische Handtücher gesorgt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen man sollte aber nicht zu große Ansprüche haben ! Es lässt sich Abends ruhig auf dem Balkon sitzen mit seitlichem Meerblick. Ca 30 min. Fußweg von Stalis Beach entfernt ist es perfekt für Badeurlaub. Ca 45 min. Fußweg bis zur nächsten größeren Stadt wo immer was los ist.

les appartements d'okkiroi villa à 1 km d'hersonnissos sont idéalement situés prêts des arrets de bus et en face de la plage. Tous commerces à propximité. Et surtout l'accueil de dimitri est très chaleureux. il est toujours là pour rendre service, parle très bien anglais et pourra vous indiquer des petits lieux typiques remarquables. un super point de chute pour découvrir la crète. cuisine, salle de bain, et tout est d'une propreté impéquable.

Strange Experience

OK - I want to be fair here. This is not a full service hotel, it is serviced apartments that are run by what seems to be an individual owner. We went in January, so many businesses in Crete were closed for the low season. Upon arrival, the proprietor seemed surprised to see us and we were the only guests for the time we were there. There was some kind of issue with communication between Expedia and the proprietor, so that was the reason for the mix-up. After some deliberation, we were checked in and provided a room. Check-in was a little odd because the proprietor had to turn on the power, hot water heater, and make sure there were linens in the room, etc.. It was off putting for our first time in Crete and compared to the hospitality we received in other parts of Greece. The apartment itself is OK, but the bathroom is kind of a joke. There was no shower curtain (water gets everywhere when you bathe) and very little hot water. The toilet seat fell off a couple times, but was easily put back on. The heater barely heated the bedroom and the floors are made of stone, so the rest of the apartment was pretty cold in the mornings and at night. When we went to check out, the proprietor was not responsive when we knocked on the door a few times. We had to catch our fight, so ended up leaving the key card by the door and left. I think that this place could be nice if you visit in the high season, but our experience was somewhat lackluster. For myself, I would not return.

Et perfekt hotell hvis du skal på utflukter , bybesøk eller strender uten å bo i byen. Bussholdeplass like i nærheten . God plass og Gode senger i 6 manns leigligheten. Fint og rent basseng. Hotellområdet var helt magisk. Og Dimitris var bare så serviceinstilt, koselig og Morsom. Takk for et Hyggelig Opphold.

Best Ever

Best apartment we have ever stayed in clean modern, hair dryer, wifi, white fluffy towels and a safe in the wardrobe all included in the initial cost of the stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful couldn't have asked for more.

Quiet location lovely apartments

These are lovely comfortable apartments with a great pool in a quiet location, yet only 20 minutes walk to a great selection of restaurants and beaches. Dimitris is a very friendly and welcoming host who will go out of his way to make your stay enjoyable.
