Freshly renovated, Maria's house comfortably accommodates up to six guests in 3 bedrooms and living room. Our house offers amazing outdoors with spacious, fenced and paved terraces plus an olive tree garden. The nearest sandy beach is 400 meters, while all famous Heraklion sights are a short 15 to 20-minute drive away. Cretan Aquarium and the Waterpark can be reached within a 6-8 minutes drive. Air conditioning, WiFi, washer, and dishwasher all available.

Our brand new, spacious house is designed to provide utmost comfort and privacy for up to 6 guests within 90m2 of interior space. It offers two bedrooms with double beds and one additional single bedroom. The living room sofa can also accommodate one more guest comfortably.

The open-plan living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast counter and dining table, perfect for cooking and enjoying any meal of the day. Relax in the cozy ambiance of the living room furnished with a three-seater and two-seater sofas and 40’ Smart TV. The additional air conditioning unit in the living room ensures a pleasant environment throughout the apartment. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin.

Our house features a wonderful outdoor roofed terrace, offering additional outdoor seating and a serene view of the olive garden and paved terraces. There is also a built barbeque perfect for your outdoor dinners and fun. The terrace is fenced and safe for younger guests. There is also a private parking area within the premises.

Our house is located just 400 meters from Kokkini Hani beach, on the outskirts of Heraklion striking the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. In the area you can find a wide range of beach bars, restaurants and supermarkets.Whether you seek sandy shores, historical landmarks, fun or vibrant dining and shopping options, our house places you within easy reach of it all. If leisure and fun is what you are looking for, Cretan Aquarium or the Waterpark can be reached at a 7 minute drive from your holiday home!
