I have a terrible experience with the apertment and the Son of the owner which he was also managing the business. When we Arrived at the apartment the manager didn’t even know we were coming because they were fully booked. They did not give us any explanation and they let us wait with our luggage in the street for 1 hour and we also have a 1 year old baby. We have to come every now and then to ask what’s wrong and they say yes wait for 5 or 10 minutes and they were gone again. Especially the son of the owner was very rude to us after everything happened. He was dare to ask my husband if this was his first time traveling and this was very disrespectful. When we finally can check into the room the apartment was terrible messy and stinky. We arrived on Wednesday and the cleaner came on Friday. We booked for a babybed but they accused us that we did not booked for it. While we did booked it! Later they come to find out we booked this and finally after 3 days they bring us the babybed. He did not apologize to us after all the mess what happened. We don’t recommend this apartment with this people. We will never book on this apartment again!
