Nice apartments in peaceful friendly area.

Stayed for 5 nights. Very nice peaceful area with good restraurants and tavernas to relax in. The Dimitra Apartments are comfortable but would suggest that the price per night include a/c and safe without additional costs for these. The family are very friendly and helpful, I would recommend that people should have a meal in there restraurant, very good Greek food cooked in the traditional way and very good value.

Best location and hospitality

I would recommend Gouves if you planning the vacation by yourself. It is close to the main city and you can get there by bus even in late hours. And if you are going to Gouves, you should stay at Dimitra Apartments for its location and hospitality of the owner Manos. We came quite late, so he gave us lift from the bus stop to the hotel and the same on our way back. The room was big and nice, pool clean. Small supermarket is only couple of steps from the hotel, and the best tavernas are on the same street.

Un personnel hyper accueillant, super gentil et très serviable ! Tous les soirs en rentrant de votre journée le propriétaire s' intéresse à votre journée, savoir ce que vous avez fait et vous donne même des conseils de choses à faire ! L'appartement est propre, petite terasse très sympa avec vue sur la piscine et les montagnes. Piscine très propre ! La cuisine du propriétaire est super bonne et geste attentionné de sa part avec sa coupe de fruits frais à la fin du dîner. L'hotel-appartement est bien situé, au centre de l'île ce qui permet de visiter la cote ouest comme la cote est et se trouve à seulement 15 min de l'aéroport Hersonissos. Tout à disposition près de l'hotel : plusieurs restaurants, supermarchés, plage ! En résumé nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet hôtel que nous recommandons vivement !!!

Good enough accommodation for people on a budget

We had overall a good time here. The people were very friendly, the breakfast was good, the apartment clean and had everything you might need, including cutlery, fridge and a stove. There was even a big balcony with room enough for a table and two chairs, provided. The down side is that the shower towels provided were very small, only one toilet paper roll for 7 days, the internet was available only in the common areas and in a corner of the balcony, no mosquito nets at the windows and the drainage was working very slow so one would have to wait a good 10 minute before taking a shower after someone else.

Dueños hospitalarios, hotel justito

La habitación la entregaron limpia, pero luego no la volvieron a limpiar, para ser exactos cambiaron las sábanas y bajo petición me cambiaron las toallas. El baño ni tocar!! Tuve que pedir papel higienico, me lo entregaron al momento. Pero dejar un rollo para toda la semana.... Las camas eran cómodas, pero no había sofá, pocos muebles y escasos accesorios de cocina. Lo mejor: el personal que lo regenta es muy amable y servicial, trato familiar... Ubicación a 16 km de la capital y cerca de la playa y bares y restaurantes con ambiente tranquilo. Imprescindible coche para recorrer la isla e ir a tu aire
