The idea was to get you out of your room, visit and enjoy our large lobby and enjoy all Hershey has to offer. Thank you for your review. The Tru by Hilton brand is one of the newest in the Hilton Portfolio and offers a more modernized style of accommodations. Its minimal yet meaningful, all TRU hotels are built with stand up showers vs a bath tub, it eliminates closet space and drawers, but offering alternatives for storage throughout the room, replacing bottles of shampoo/soaps with bulk dispensers, etc. The Tru rooms are built smaller as we recommend spending your time out visiting Hershey or spend time in our very unique lobby space to relax, work, play and chew. We hope you visit us again in the future!

While we know that the TRU is not for everyone, Hiltons portfolio has over 20 brands for you to choose from to fit your specific needs!

We're sorry to hear that you had issues with the pool. We actually don't have a chlorinated pool here. The pool is a heated Salt water pool. Is it possible that the suit had a reaction to the salt water? WiFi is free for all Hilton Honors members at all Hilton hotels and joining Hilton Honors is completely free! I personally love utilizing the digital key as I always forget my key in the room when I take my daughter to the pool but never remember until I'm standing outside my door after a swim. We're glad that you and your family were able to enjoy the variety of games that we have in the lobby! I love watching how excited everyone gets for the foosball tables! Can't wait to see you again the next time you're in town!
