"Unfortunately for us being older guests the beds were far to high and my husband had to sleep on the sofa. Stairs into the property also lack hand rails for easy access. Otherwise the property was in a very quiet convenient location."

"We found this cute little house very quiet and private and perfect for our overnight stay. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen seemed to have everything we would have normally needed. It was cold when we arrived but the heaters took no time at all to get things cosy and comfortable. Our mountain bike riding teens used the hose and bike rack for a post-ride clean up and the washer and dryer came in handy with supplied washing powder too.An easy drive to Derby for mountain biking and eating out. We would definitely consider staying again."

"The garden was a very peaceful place to chill out. The bed was comfortable & the rooms were very clean. There are two off street parking areas which are close to the rooms. The shopping centre is a 2 minute walk to everything you may need."
