「Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

「My family of 6 stayed here last week. The house was absolutely beautiful and Matthew went above and beyond in helping us to make this an amazing vacation. He handled any need we had quickly, helped to organize outings and coordinated chef and grocery deliveries seamlessly, truly the best host you could ask for.
