HostnFly offers you this beautiful 170 square meters house, located in Hérouville-Saint-Clair, with a swimming pool, terrace, pretty garden and can accommodate up to 8 people.
It's close to the cycle path and public transport links to the city center of Caen.
Quick access by car to the sea and D-Day beaches.

## Logement
The accommodation includes:
- 4 bedrooms with double beds, a cot;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a bathroom with shower and bath
- a large dining room;
- a mezzanine
- and two salons.

Access to the swimming pool is available from June until the end of September, subject to weather conditions.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee Machine, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is located:
- 10 minutes walk from shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.);
- close to the centre of Caen and its golf course;
- and a 6-minute walk from Lake Lébisey (Walks around the lake from the house).

To ensure that your stay runs smoothly, noise is not permitted after 10pm and the accommodation is non-smoking. Parties are not permitted.

## Emplacement
The town of Hérouville-Saint-Clair is located in the suburbs of Caen, in Calvados. A small town in Normandy that was called Hérouville until the 1960s, when it was decided to create a new city that multiplied by 13 the number of inhabitants. It is the birth of Hérouville-Saint-Clair.
The city is located inland, but only about ten kilometres from the sea, the English Channel.

The culinary specialities of Hérouville-Saint-Clair are often based on fish or shellfish.
