「Clean rooms, we enjoyed our time here. The only issue we had experienced was not being able to close the garage door fully and because it was late when we check in, there was not much that can be done at that point. The bathroom in the master bedroom was not labeled clearly how to get hot water, and we had thought it was broken. It would have been helpful if the shower knob had some indicator on hot/cold water. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. Location is great and close to beaches.」

「Easy check-in, quiet neighborhood, responsive host, comfortable beds, nice decor, great showers, and had everything we needed for cooking. Bring an eye mask if sleeping on the couch since it gets pretty bright. A bit of a squeeze to get to the garage so we only parked there overnight, but the street had plenty of parking. 100% would recommend and would stay here again. 」

「This place is very clean, well kept and in the perfect location for attending World Cup games in L.A. We walked to the stadium and back. Cars trying to get to and from the game sat on the streets in traffic while we walked by.The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. She even provided several extras, like a bottle of wine and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived. The are only 2 things that might make you think about not staying in this place:1) It's not cheap....

Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. 」

We were under the impression that it included a separate bedroom, but instead we had to sleep in a small space on a rollout bed that was very unstable and sank where your head rested. The space was also very stuffy because the AC was not working.
