「The booking photos are misleading. The photos on Expedia seemed to portray a full kitchen and a couch. When traveling with 5 people. Room with 2 queens and a sofa works. But that’s not what we got. The staff was extremely helpful though. Upon arrival they were able to get us a new room with a king better and sofa to better support our family of 5. 「Garbage was overflowing down the hallways. Building needs to be updated on the outside. Asked for a queen size beds and got full-size. Breakfast area was 80°. It was so hot. Could not open up the door of the room. Door key had no information on it at all. It was just a white card.」

「Check in and out was so easy and I usually will stay at Hampton Inn's when I can. I think the breakfasts are a plus.」

「Just the cutest place to stay. The room was perfect, a large bathroom a small twin bed room between the bed and the bathroom, that you can put your luggage on. A wonderfully kept old manor. Breakfast was lovely, met some great people including the owner. Could not have been better!」

「When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy.」

「I called several times to inform the hotel that I would be there for my reservation but I would be late check in and then my flight was delayed so I called again to confirm I would still be there but around 2 am and they assured me several times that it was ok. The date on my room got changed so they sold my room so when I got there at 2am I had no room or place to sleep had to book a room for the night somewhere else at 2am that was extremely frustrating and were rude to me.
