"My favorite hotel in Heraklion. Staff were excellent. My room upgrade to the 5th floor was exceptional. The carrot soup in Per Se restaurant was wonderful. Pool temperature was perfect. Unlike other hotels there is no charge to use pool towels. All staff are excellent."
