A beautiful property with lovely views, Helen went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It is a perfect spot for a getaway and the on-site brewery was an ideal place to try a few beers. We will sure be staying there again when we return to Daylesford/Heburn Springs.

The suite room is very comfortable and spacious with large bed, couch and a separate table & chairs. We had a kettle & toaster, and a breakfast basket of bread, cereal, condiments and milk. The only down side is that there's no kitchen sink so had to do dishes in the bathroom! Helen & Nick were super friendly and the on-site brewery is very convenient after a long drive!

Daily continental breakfast and other ‘goodies’ offered as part of price. A games/tv room where you could relax, play pool, games, watch tv/dvds, tea/coffee making facility, with friends/family. Sauna/gym on site also. Comfortable room with bar fridge, microwave, toaster, utensils and tea/coffee making facility. Close to Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa and cafes. 10mins from Daylesford. Helen and Nick were lovely and very hospitable.

Lovely little place. Close to the centre of Hepburn springs, Blue Bean cafe down the road is definitely worth it for a meal or two. Helen was great, and so accommodating. Definitely would come back.

It was a good getaway spot ...we enjoyed the guest room and the pool table The only issue we had was general privacy. We were seldom able to open the curtains or let fresh air in because with shared balconies there is always the chance of someone walking by your suite on their way in or out or as they access the guest room or whatever. The owner was pleasant and welcoming and we thank her for the complementary milk, bread and sparkling :)

Great stay!! The property is beautiful and the rooms are extremely clean and warm! I would absolutely stay here again. It’s the little things such as the complimentary chocolate and champagne that really made our stay wonderful. The guest lounge is fantastic as well

Helen went out of her way to welcome us...

Helen actually called to confirm the booking in advance and included a 2nd bedroom at no extra charge due to a mix up about the advertised room description.The rooms were spacious and breakfast supplies included a free bottle of sparkling wine to help celebrate my 60th... Quiet and close to Daylesford and wonderful ( if overpriced) Hepburn Springs bath house.

Very pleasant stay in a serene environment, spacious room and the hosts supplied everything we needed and there was no intrusion. Only downside was someone in another room started a log fire outside and the smoke drifted over our balcony.

3 nights/2 days of bliss

From a phone call by my host a couple of days beforehand (to see what milk and bread I wanted for breakfast) to the friendly farewell on my last morning, it was a delightful stay. The room (Suite 1) was cozy and very comfortable and the views most relaxing. There are also a large number of short/medium walking trails both up and down the hill from Cloverhill, which take you away from civilisation even more.
