"The property is attractive, room was lovely and clean, grounds were appealing and we had a room with French doors leading outside with a small table and chairs outside which was great for breakfast etc. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal which is a bonus if you fancy self catering. Adam was helpful and informative. Very quiet and relaxing location and perfect for visiting the area although you do need a car."

After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. Straightforward walk into town to visit museums and university, we really had a lovely visit. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had most of what we needed, some furniture a bit tired but with a lovely courtyard to relax in the evening. We would stay again!"
