Great House

interesting stay

I will start with this house is beautiful and location in the trees was so fun for my kids. A few things to note ahead of time is that it is hard to find and you do not have cell service up there. Once we got in I was unable to get signed into the wifi as they had recently changed it and what was in the book and what it really was were two different things. I had to drive all the way back down to be able to tell them the issue and was met with "unplug it and the people were there before had no issues". Once I got back up there I was able to find the wifi and passcode myself. Another issue I had was that it was chilly at night and while the book says that the max temp is 78 what they leave out is the lack of control you have over the thermostat. I messaged the team on the first night to let them know we were cold and unable to turn up the thermostat past 72 and didn't get a response on how to fix it until the next morning. However, those steps didn't work becuase it was locked and you needed a passcode-Multiple messages later to no avail they had to send someone to put in the lock key so we could turn the heat up to 75 (was the new max temp they would allow). It was quite frustrating but the guy who came to help was really nice and he also reset the wifi logins while there so the book should match for future guests.

Came to visit our family in California and grandchildren and had the time of my life. Plenty of space clean home with all the amenities. Lovely host for sure. I highly recommend this place to all

Beautiful spacious and cozy home!

The Cozy Charmer was an ideal place for us during our family meet-up. My niece got married nearby and family from Hemet and surrounding towns joined the celebration! We were barely 10 minutes from the wedding and had the chance to visit with various family members. My sister stayed with us a couple of nights and a cousin stayed the night of the wedding. Each room was comfortable and spread out enough that everyone had their own space. The house if very tastefully decorated! We played some games at the kitchen table and hung out in the living room chatting and catching up. It was a perfect setting for our family gathering, Thank you again for sharing the Cozy Charmer!

Aunt’s 80 birthday

Family from Nebraska traveling to California for our aunt’s 80 birthday. Property was clean and a beautiful place for family to gather. House was comfortable and cozy with mountain views.

Picture Perfect!

Erik's home was the perfect stay for our California travels. Four of us, two couples, spent four nights in Hemet. The home was quiet, well maintained, sparking clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you could ask for. Erik left detailed information about the property and nearby stores, restaurants, and places to visit in and around the area. We were very pleased with the accommodations and highly recommend this lovely home. Thank you Erik for your hospitality.
