As only one window could be opened, the room became quite hot and uncomfortable at times. Opening the window helped, but it also exposed the room to a significant amount of noise from outside, particularly during the night. Despite these issues, the hotel's great location and friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay. If room temperature and noise control were improved, it would make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience.

We loved our stay! It was clean quiet and unique! The bed was small but comfortable, the port window opened and we had brought a small fan so it was great! There was a water dispenser in the hall outside our room to fill water bottles. The staff was very kind and helpful, made us feel very welcome and dinner was delicious!! The breakfast buffet was everything anyone could want, cereals, yogurts, bacon, 3 kinds of eggs, breads cheeses, veggies fruit, croissants, creps, jams jellies syrup, beans, and tea and coffee with 3 kinds f milk and 3 kinds of sweeteners! A wonderful unique stay in the heart of the city! Absolutely reccomend.

Beautiful room with a lot of character, lovely view, personal welcoming touches, the fridge, hot pot and microwave we needed, perfectly clean, and...customer support answered me at midnight bc we were having problems getting in! Turns out we were at the wrong hotel. Ummm....embarrassed. But I was happily shocked that the Bob W. staff got on this right away. I was standing outside a hotel with two teens in town, so very much appreciated all the personal help. Cannot say enoigh about this place! We stayed at the Sodermalm location but I would stay at a Bob W. anywhere in the world, based on this stay alone.

It need to be demolished and remodeled . Very old building inside. The floors are dirty. Staff is nice and helpful. Funny smell in the hallways and rooms. I paid $200 for the night and I think you can get way better for that price. It felt like a $70 a night room max.
