良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

とてもよい滞在でした。伝統を感じられるとともに、スタッフは慇懃ではなく、感じがよかったです。特に、朝食がよく、卵料理は少し残念でしたが、ヘルシンキの通りを眺めながらいただけるのは好印象でした。今度ヘルシンキを訪ねるときも、ホテルカンプを利用したいです。

歴史を感じるホテル

バスタブ付の部屋を指定し、部屋も広く高級ホテルの雰囲気を味わえたが、埃がつもっているところやベットサイドがなぜか整髪剤の匂いがするなど、ちょっと残念なところもあった。朝食はまぁまぁ。立地的には買い物にも便利、中央駅から歩けるが石畳でトランクが少々運びにくいのでトラムでの移動をおすすめ。歴史を感じたいヨーロッパらしいホテルに宿泊したい方にはおすすめ。

素晴らしいサービス

初めてのカンプホテル滞在でしたがフロントスタッフからお部屋、レストラン、全てにおいてとても素晴らしいサービスで、快適に過ごせました。少し早めに到着したのですが、快くお部屋に案内して頂き子連れだったので大変助かりました。唯一残念だったのが、お風呂のバスタブの清掃が行き届いておらず、お湯を張るとお湯にゴミが浮かび、連日洗い直しました。それ以外はとても素晴らしいホテルでした。

とても綺麗なホテルで良かったです。ホテル周辺は徒歩でいろんなところに行けます。毎日水を届けてくれて、チョコももらいました！ただシャワー室の扉を閉めたつもりでも、どこからか、水が外に漏れ出てしまうことがありました。到着してすぐティッシュを2-3枚使ったらすでに空っぽ、次の日に新しいのが入るかと思ってたのに空のままだった！

歴史あるホテルで楽しい時間を過ごしました

スタッフの対応もすばらしく、とても快適に過ごせました第2次世界大戦で残った歴史ある建物を大切に使っている様子がよく分かりますそういった意味では現代的なバリアフリーの建物ではありませんが、手伝いが必要な場合には快く引き受けてくれることでしょうまた、バーやレストランでもとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができます空港からホテルへのアクセスは、ホテルに有料シャトルをお願いすることをおすすめしますヘルシンキでは最近タクシーのシステムが変更となり、場所と道を知らないドライバーが増えたようです空港からホテルの移動の際は、道を知らないタクシードライバーにあたり心細い思いをしましたホテルから空港へはホテルの有料タクシー予約して利用しました移動中も楽しい会話が弾み、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました 2019年7月の段階でタクシー料金は50ユーロで一定料金でした

老舗高級ホテルなので、ロビーに入った瞬間から別世界でした。スタッフの方も親切でした。

ヘルシンキで宿泊するならベストホテル。立地、設備、食事、価格すべて申し分ないです。特にホテル内サービスは最高でした。

心地いいですよ

立地、設備特にサウナは素晴らしい。ただ、窓からの景色が残念でした。

立地が最高で時間を有効に使える。中央駅から深夜にエクスカーションから戻ってきても不安ない距離。笑顔のサービスでよろしい。朝食は雰囲気も良く良。難点は冷蔵庫が自動計算式でスーパーで購入したものはたくさんは入らないこと。5starでケチなことをする方が悪いのだが。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

スタッフの対応、ホテルの立地は最高に良かった。ただし、朝食はホテルのレベルからするとさほど良くは無かった。またシャワー室の排水溝が詰まっていた為に全て使用した温水が洗面室の方に流れてしまい、トイレを使用する際にも非常に使いずらかった。
