「We had a gorgeous corner room with a nice view. The room was comfortable but no coffee maker. The proprietor licks the doors at 11 pm and doesn’t unlock them until 7:30 the next morning. The doors to the interior stairs and the elevator also are locked. We wanted to leave before 7:30 am so had to take the exterior spiral metal staircase carrying our luggage.」
