Summary:
Enjoy the beautiful morning light filtering in through the living room windows in this eclectic two bedroom apartment. Located in a lovely neighborhood close to downtown, you’ll have the comforts of home plus some fun amenities to make your stay memorable.

The Space:
Enter up the enclosed staircase to this 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment. The living, dining, and kitchen share an open concept so you can spend quality time with your crew. Enjoy the record player, Bluetooth speaker, or smart TV.

You will still have your privacy here as there are 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The larger bathroom has a full tub and shower, while the other bathroom is an ensuite to the master room with a washer and dryer.

Please note that you must climb a flight of stairs to enter this apartment and there are tenants below.

You will have access to one parking spot on the shared parking pad in front of the house.

Cozy and Convenient
We came to Helena to work at Canyon Ferry Dam. It was perferct to share with my co-worker. Close to everything and a really neat neighborhood. Neighbors were kind and we enjoyed the apartment. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was all the room we needed. It would be nice to have had a place to hang up clothes in one of the bedrooms, but we managed. All in all I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Special Space
My wife and two teenage daughters went to Helena for 3 days of r&r. We LOVED our stay at this property. The first thing you notice is how light / bright it is. It is beautifully equipped with a kitchen full of the utensils / supplies you need. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom/shower clean and well functioning. Its location is central and the area is quiet. This will become our go to accommodation when we return to Helena. Madison, the property manager was friendly and very responsive. Top notch all the way!

Beautiful apartment, easy walk to Carroll
We loved our a stay at this apartment. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was a selection of interesting books. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Helena.

Nice, big apartment with A/C
Nice, big apartment within walking distance of downtown Helena but on a quiet street. The best surprise during a week in the upper 90s was the window air conditioning units which were not indicated in the listing! They were a life saver in the heat!! There was one in the living area and one in the bedroom we slept in (we only used one of the two bedrooms). Would definitely stay again!
