I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address an issue that arose during my recent stay at the property I booked through VRBO, [Property Name], for the dates 7/24/2023 to 7/29/2023. I am disappointed to inform you that the stay did not meet my expectations and I kindly request a refund for the amount I paid for my reservation.
Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation for your willingness to list your property on VRBO, offering travelers like me the opportunity to experience unique and comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately, my recent stay did not align with the description and amenities presented in the property listing.
During my stay, I encountered the following issues:
Misrepresented Property Description: The property listing provided a description that significantly differed from the actual state of the property. Cleanliness and condition of the property, water stains on the ceiling and down the wall, no good a/c in two of the rooms, shower in the game room, was afraid to sit on the furniture, roaches in the game room and in the dining room, not a lot of pool chairs as they were broken and put by the trash barn, hot tub had some soap or something in it, some of the outlets did not work, the entire house had old and dirty furniture, bathrooms were not upgraded and floors/baseboards/carpets were dirty, pot and pans were very old and very used.

Lack of Essential Amenities; Poor Maintenance and Cleanliness; Communication difficulties
