「こちらから、頼んだことはすぐ対応してくれました。また、すべて個人客でいつも静かな落ち着いた雰囲気が感じられます。スタッフは明るく元気でこちらの気持ちも晴れ晴れしました。列車で行きましたが、直近のBad Ragazの駅からは、タクシーで15フラン、バスも利用でき3フランでこの場合歩く距離は300メートルくらいで、車を使わない人でも問題ありません。やや高いと感じる人があるかもしれませんが、普通のスイスのホテルに比べて、ちょうてょくの種類は豊富で、夕食もコースメニューも毎日変わって朝にはその日のものがわかるようになっていて楽しみです。結局夕食は3日間滞在しましたが、3回食べ、おいしかったです。」

「Grand Resort内にいくつかあるうちの一つのホテル。快適。Spaエリア、プール、サウナ最高。裏手にあるPublic Spaもホテルゲストは無料で利用できる。フィットネスセンターもまあまあ揃っている。ルームメイドや清掃スタッフは素晴らしい。ホテル内の全てのレストランはクオリティが高い。Europe圏外のビジターは変換プラグは必須。部屋に足りないものはUSBドック。今の時代、USBドックは備え付けが必要。」
