不会再住了
住过最糟糕的同级酒店了,不是说它的设施,设施等硬件条件还是很好的,而是合肥这家的管理和服务,太不够专业化了。入住手续办的特别慢,订了两间,有一间找半天找不到订单;然后房间所在整个楼层的走廊上无论早上晚上,充满着无法散发开的烟味,每次出门都是折磨,难道酒店不会告诉客人不要在走道上抽烟吗?或者把其他客人安排在别的无烟的楼层?下次不会入住这里了。

Comfy Stay
Stay was quite good, but it doesn't have the exact feel of a usual Shangri-La (Hefei is not a main city in China). Limited mini bar options, most on the card were not actually present in the room. Bed was a bit hard for today's standards. But for this sort of city, it was great to find a Shangri-La & the hotel was new & modern. Will stay there again next time I visit the city.
