Stylish Studio in Heber City

Get ready for a stylish stay in this brand new studio loft apartment. Centrally located to downtown Heber, minutes from Midway, a short drive to Deer Creak and so many other places! Within a short driving distance you can get to Park City, many ski resorts, trails, hiking, Soldier Hollow in Midway, Crater in Midway, fun restaurants, Daniel Summit Lodge for horse back riding or snowmobiling and MORE! Heber gives you the quiet vibes of the mountain yet so many things to do around you.

This space is in a studio apartment above a garage. You will park on the street and enter through a gate. The use of the yard is for the main house but the gate entrance is just behind the backyard gate. There is a door code for keyless entry.

Neighborhood is in the historic part of Heber which adds to the vibe, you will be right down the street from Dairy Keen, the Heber railroad, and a park. You are so conveniently located to walk to restaurants or coffee shops.

There are ubers, lyfts, ride shares and buses that can take you to Park City and around the city.

Not to Fun

Nice property, although a little tight for two people. First night was extremely cold inside. The ceiling mounted heater was unable to keep the small living space heated. Fortunately we had brought along a heavy down comforter. Next morning woke to frozen pipes and no water. Owners were notified and quickly responded. Took two visits to repair heater in the garage below the living space. We did get water running that evening. Without garage heat, the appartments heater is insufficient. All was good for five days, then we had a repeat event, the garage heater again malfunctioned with the same result, no water. Owners were notified and promptly responded. After the first outage the owners asked us to let the water run in the sink. After 2 days with no problems we turned off the water believing the problem was solved. Owners offered refund, which I thought was warranted. Overal cost to rent was 100/night. The gave us 225 I don’t think that is good sufficient

A cozy place that served our needs perfectly. Within walking distance of many places to eat and drink. Easy to find and everything was as listed. The host was helpful and informative.
