"Customer service was ok. Maintenance guy was needed because room 106 had a a/c unit with no vent cover. Also it needs to be disconnected from the electricity and cleaned out. That thing can be blowing bad air. But Customer service and house keeping was there."

"this hotel is not in the best part of town if you stay there. lots of sirens and cops driving up and down with their sirens on and helicopters overhead don't stay on the side where the highway is because people drive really fast and rev their engines literally all night long. even with the fan on high we didn't get any sleep the two days we were there. The shower was great. the room was super clean and comfortable but for the location I think it's way too expensive. I paid $240 for Saturday night and 127.00 plus taxes for Friday night. If you have dogs, there's one very small pet relief area in the front and no other place to walk them except through the parking lot so it's not the best for dogs either"

"People was yelling and singing after midnight and people smoking MarMijuana on the third floor and in the back of the property. Also, the mattress had like blood stains and the staff was very friendly."

"The house was as advertised on VRBO and in a quiet neighborhood as listed. Joanna was available when we had an issue with the door lock which was rectified in aboutv20 minutes. Truly a gem close to restaurant and other attractions. Easy ro navigate to address once submitted as we Drove from Las Vegas to their property. We would rent again if we come to California again."
